Not worth my money!! I’m so mad I just wasted $15 bucks on a 5 piece tender meal!
Never coming back again! First I asked for Mac and cheese and wedges for my sides! I got mashed potatoes and Mashed biscuit, I walked in so my order can be fixed! ( I ordered in the drive thru)
I opened my box there was a hair or fiber on my chicken and the “cook”/ manager was not accountable for their mistake I could have requested a full refund I’m pregnant and I just want what I was craving! My chicken was very bland and it wasn’t cooked enough in my opinion my wedges were hard and crunchy, seriously overcooked!!
& only got about 4!!! And the biscuit was undercooked very mushy!!! The only thing I was able to tolerate was the watery Mac and cheese and my Drink!!! I’m very disappointed! Overall the drive thru guy was nice not his fault but the cooks are careless and I don’t recommend eating here! Had I seen the overall 2 stars on this place I would’ve kept it moving!!!

I placed an order with the very rude employee via the drive through speaker. They were out of fries. At the drive through windows, I was told by the same, very rude employee, in an angry tone, that I would need to wait. I wasn’t told it would be a 20 minute wait. At 19 minutes, I went inside to ask what was going on. No one would answer me or communicate with me in any way. And it’s not like they were busy. They had maybe one other customer after we arrived. At the 20 minute mark, I was handed my food, without a word spoken, by a man who was looking at me like he wanted to kill me. And, of course, my order was completely wrong.

The customer service here is severely lacking. It is amazing how bad and undertrained this establishment is. We ordered the 7 pc double mash meal and they told us it would be 15 minute wait for chicken. We asked if we could sub one of the mashes for mac and cheese since we were waiting and they told us no without even thinking about it then proceeded to ask if we wanted to buy mac and cheese in the side. We said no and then were told it would be a longer wait time of 20 minutes. Whomever ordered chicken behind us i hope yall ate good because we drove right next door and got taco bell for cheaper.

I just have to say that I have had the best KFC meal / fried chicken I’ve ever had (so far in my life) from this restaurant! Generally it’s pretty good to great here food wise. Though in particular this place has put out some fried chicken so perfectly cooked that months later I still think about it and had to write this.

Good was absolutely disgusting they didn’t even try to even make the good edible. Mac n cheese bowl was cold and runny cheese on top wasn’t even melted it was cold. Chicken sandwich looked gray not even crispy took 1 bit threw it out. The cheese curds wow had a funky taste to them, biscuits were cold only thing decent was the potato wedges. Place was freezing cold inside like you were standing outside customer service sucked after they finished helping customers couple employees went out by the doors and smoked away. Never will I be going back to this place.

The place is awful no customer service skills, food not fully cooked. Wait times are ridiculous and they forget your order. What’s the point of the drive thru if I have to get out my vehicle and come get my order. I will never visit this location again. They are horrible here. Oh and I meant to give it 0 stars. A damn shame

I ordered ahead on the app 10 minutes in advance and when I got there they said it would be another 12-15 minutes. So I waited in the lobby for actually 20 minutes while one singular customer came through the drive thru and two of the three employees stood around doing absolutely nothing for 95% of the time I was there. One of the three drinks was wrong and we didn’t get the mashed potatoes we ordered and paid for. And somehow the food was still cold. What a waste of time and money.

It’s actually kinda impressive how not only will you have to wait an extra 20 mins in the lobby for your order every time, but when you get it, the food will still be cold and obviously something cooked long before you ordered it. You’d think either one or the other would be possible, but this location goes the extra mile to make sure you go elsewhere next time. Lobby was clean though.

Placed an online order. Said it was supposed to be ready by 8:31. I pull up to the drive through at 8:40, person on intercom very aggressively says it’s not ready pull up and come inside to wait. I asked if I could pull up to the window instead as I have a small child who can’t be left in the car alone and that way the purpose of me placing an inline order for pick up at the drive through. A lady gets on the intercom and says “it ain’t ready pull up and someone can bring it when it’s done, thanks”.
Terrible customer service, I didn’t get my food until 8:52. A 20 minute delay for fast food is wild.

I had the most awful experience at this KFC. The food was dangerously undercooked, which is unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone one with such a big name. But the real issue was the horrible customer service. The manager, Will, was incredibly disrespectful when I tried to address the situation. I paid $34.44 for my meal, and despite not touching the food, he insisted on only giving me $10 from his register.
What’s worse is that the rest of the staff stood by and laughed, enabling his rude behavior. I am a struggling mom of twin girls, and that $35 was all I had left. Because of their negligence, I couldn’t feed my kids that night, and we went to bed hungry. I feel completely robbed, both financially and emotionally. I will NEVER be returning, and I strongly urge others to stay far away from this location.
