I’ve never been one to complain, I work in the food industry and I know how it is. However, nothing can be excused for this. I go in around 12, little busy, that’s fine. Start ordering my sandwhich, no problems. Looking at the veggies, the lettuce looks half brown, the cucumbers look old and slimy. No big deal, just skip those for today, just peppers and some butter corn ranch. Open my wrapper and bam. Small little hair laying on the damn paper. In my ranch. Just threw the sandwhich out and went to McDonalds.

Order a #17. There wasn’t enough of anything on my sub. Supposed to be 2x and barely got 1x. Asked for “more” tomatoes & lettuce (didn’t happen). Instead, got “less”…see for yourself. This isn’t the first time my order has been made wrong.

Me and a couple of my friends went to this location. We all ordered food upon ordering my food I asked could I change my order because I didn’t want what I saw instead of the manager, saying that it was an issue. She was very rude. Disrespectful had a very snappy attitude. The food was unappealing her and her coworker had attitude of not wanting to be there or assisting me my friends and other customers I was having a conversation with my friend about not coming back to that location and instead of the manager saying nothing she rudely said, thank God With an attitude. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been to.

Went to this particular location because need gas and got food I walk up to the counter and respectfully said may I get a all American club the lady pulls out a regular sub bread I said is that for the wrap she’s said with a disgusting attitude you don’t ask for no wrap you asked for a club I said sorry I meant a wrap and she just was mumbling under her breath being very disrespectful will not come back to this location

Perfect for losing weight because you’ll never eat it. Got sick as a dog last time I tried it but I decided to give it another chance but I stood in line for half of my lunch break. But hey, it looked and smelled really good.

Ok, so I love subs and would have give a 3 rating but when you walk into a place to order food, you don’t want to watch flies walking over food as person fixes your particular item. Nor do you want to see dead flies lying next to food.
The lettuce and tomatoes need to be FRESH not OLD. The bread for subs should be soft not hard.
The workers really need to improve on their attitudes. They are not friendly at all. It is almost like you are a burden to them when you order. No matter how nice you try to be to them, they just have this sour look on their faces.
