This place has the best, most authentic Mexican food in Bismarck. If you are new here, get the tacos Al pastor or the quesaburria tacos. You just can’t go wrong! The servers are kind, friendly, and fast!

This was my second time visiting La Enchilada and I have been impressed both times! The food is absolutely delicious, flavorful, and satisfying. We got the chicken quesadilla, taco platter (choice of any 3 tacos, and comes with rice & beans), and the guacamole. Meals also come with chips and salsa. We received our food promptly, and the staff are kind and accommodating. The decor and music make the experience even more enjoyable! I highly recommend visiting.

Amazing food as usual. My husband and I usually get the same thing every time. Chori Pollo and Quesa Birria platter. Usually, we get Pozole, but not this visit. You won’t ever be disappointed coming here to eat or getting it to go.

Loved the outside dining area. Food was wonderful. Burrito was $10. Ordered a side rice because I thought I wasn’t gonna be full, BOY WAS I WRONG! That chorizo burrito filled me up like a tick and I had to “force myself” to eat the rice. And the rice was oh so good. Also there’s 2 types of salsa: regular mild salsa, and Mexican Spicy Salsa. Very authentic to Mexico!!! Wait staff very tentative to your needs and also very attractive. Will dine in again!

La Enchilada has been one of my go to spots for authentic Mexican food, they have great food and their horchata is really good! Their regular tacos are amazing, but wish their Birria tacos had more meat on them! Overall it is a good place to eat and the atmosphere is good as well, it’s not overpriced either. Their employees are very nice and the establishment is very clean! If you’re visiting Bismarck and you want drinks and food, La Enchilada is the place to go.
