To The staff that worked Sunday afternoon, thank you with there being limited staff one cook and to the young lady that was working the front register. We really do appreciate you the food was fresh and mighty tasty although there was a wait. I am thankful that you took your time with our orders.. some people began to get upset, but really there was no need. I’d rather have fresh food than food that have been sitting all day again thank you for your hard work.

Had the opportunity to re visit this location today during my travels. The amazingly friendly staff team were overly joyous to assisting me with great menu choices for lunch. They food was presented nicely and had great flavors at just the right temperatures. The restaurant was cleaned well and organized well. Restrooms were clean and everything sanitized properly as expected. I will definitely stop again next time I’m traveling through this way!

The humans at this location are great. However, the computer that takes your order at the drive thru is ridiculous. If this is the future, take me back.
The food, which is generally pretty good at this location, is declining. Pictured are my 8$ Buffalo strips… soggy, half breaded, and half sauced. This is pretty absurd for 8 DOLLARS. Also, did not get my requested dipping sauces.

Denise at this location is great! Cole slaw was perfect and I overheard another customer ask for Denise by name because she liked how Denise made the food. The store was clean and the employees all greeted me and got my order fast and fresh! Nice job y’all, greatly appreciated!

2 years ago I said, “Probably one of the best chicken places left in Springfield.” What a difference 2 years makes. Went a few weeks ago and they have me 2 breasts and thigh for a 3 breast order and we had to go in and get the BBQ sauce we asked for 3 times when making the order. Tonight simple order, spicy chicken sandwich no pickles. Pretty sure 5 pickle qualifies as extra pickles, maybe extra extra when you ask for none. The food is still ok but the service is seriously lacking. Maybe they were busy, nope me and one other car in the drive thru.

Absolutely the worst service and food ever!! Most of it was cold the chicken wasn’t completely fried as you can see in the picture!! Ordered the 12 piece bonus box and was charged for the regular 12 piece chicken got no sides biscuits and when I asked about it they said that’s no what I had ordered!! Well your right but that’s what I was charged for.. The manager walked around with out a care in the world. I asked him how many wings was supposed to be in a 12 piece box he said it all depends.. I ask so six wings was ok for what I had got he just turned band walked away!!! Never will I eat there again!!!
