The food is always great! The service is often slow. Some days worse than others, depending on who is staffing this location at the time. I just know that when i pull around to the window, i shut my engine off for the long wait time. Again, when I do get the food, it has always been hit and fresh. So plan ahead for great food that isn’t fast.

I’ve been through here several times and keep meaning to leave a review about the older, wonderful woman who works the drive-through. The receipt says her name is Glenna so I hope I get that right. She’s working right now and she’s absolutely a doll and delight. She’s more efficient than every teenager I’ve ever encountered in the hospitality. I hope she’s working because she wants to and not because she has to regardless of the reason please treat her with respect and maybe even a raise. She’s the reason this location is always packed and purpose for profit.

I ordered through the mobile app for immediate pickup. The app tells you the kitchen will start preparing your order right away. It was obvious that didn’t happen when I arrived though because I saw an employee drop the fries after I got there.
I ordered my burger with no cheese and no mayo. The burger I received had both. After I wiped off the cheese and mayonnaise, the burger was decent. It had a good bun.
The fries aren’t great. They taste like they have a small amount of batter on them, and mine in particular tasted like they were cooked in old oil.

Never been to a Hardee’s before but decided to try out. The lady at the window was super welcoming, recommended things and didn’t try to rush me. I wouldn’t go for the burgers but they probably have the best chicken tenets in the biz. That two for 5 chicken tender deal is a steal. There is actual whole chicken in there and you can tell the cheese is quality extra sharp cheddar. Milkshakes are cheaper than most and you can tell they are using actual scoops of ice cream as advertised. Will definitely be coming back.
