My favorite Starbucks in Hermitage. The staff is always friendly, the food hot and they make the best Americano’s with Vanilla Sweet Cream and they also make the BEST pink drinks around. Highly recommend.

The guy was really patient with me when I ordered, however and I’m not sure if I should blame the food or the service on this one but the last few times when I have ordered sugar-free drinks they 100% had sugar
As someone with diabetes that’s potentially hazardous and while not life-threatening, it’s something I prefer being able to control!
I know I’m not alone with this issue so when someone says sugar-free try to **lock in** please!!

This Starbucks is so inconsistent. I order a chocolate almond milk espresso every day and it rarely tastes like it’s supposed to. Way too much chocolate. Tastes like there’s soap in it? Like why Before COVID-19 this used to be the best location!! Don’t know why I bother coming here

Friendly. Can be hit or miss on how fast they are. Somedays their quick but other days they’re slower than a turtle moving. I waited in line at least 30 minutes on several occasions. Accepts all forms of payments and Google, Android, and Apple Pay.

Only pastry they had was cake pop . Everything I tried to order I was told we don’t have that. I asked what do you have? We only have cake pops. not even cake at all was more like thick fudge.
