I suggest going to the subway on Brice Rd near Livingston Ave or Gender Rd next to Kroger.. one of the team members here just sits in the front on her phone and when a you enter the door she’ll mug you. They don’t have a self pick up shelf so I walked in, manager asked for my name since I had a pick up order, I told him my name and instead of handing me my order, he grabs it and puts it on the counter. What do I need to be at the counter for if I already paid? You picked up my food why not just hand it to me? I had my app open to show him my order as well. I will not come here ever again. Food was also cold by the time I arrived at the time I was supposed to.

Awesome service. My favorite location by far. Sunny is an amazing sandwich artist. It’s so refreshing to see people who have pride in their work. My sandwich was so beautiful I asked if I could take a quick pick. If you want to ensure your meal meets your standard of deliciousness…Sunny at this location is where it’s at. Clean store too.

Some salami fell on the chicken and the associate just removed the salami and didn’t switch out the chicken for new chicken. Not everyone eat pork. I told the associate (can’t remember her name but she worked the same shift today 8pm 06/24/20 as Kenya do, she didn’t have a badge on) that she contaminated the chicken because not everyone eat pork and can’t have their food touching pork either. The associate just asked me what else I wanted in my salad, she completely ignored me. I told Kenya what the associate did and Kenya says “what do you want us to day? We’re not throwing a whole tray of chicken away” but after that, the associate wasn’t friendly or welcoming. I will not be returning. Also it’s barely any lattice I’m my salad. I’ll insert picture. IF YOU DONT EAT PORK, DONT EAT HERE!!!!!!!!!!!

If you go in before 12pm… you’re getting old bread from the day before. I was asked if I wanted it toasted and it seemed like based on that answer, he was deciding (choosing) which bread to give me… now i know he would have given me the most stale bread had I chosen it toasted, cause you can’t tell how old it is after toasted… anyway, I still got old bread regardless. Obviously they’re cutting corners… how fresh is the rest of their stuff if they can’t even provide fresh bread? The raspberry tea tastes weird too… something is off there. Never going to that location again.

Don’t come here owner makes there own hours , they be out of everything anytime I go they opt out of promotions just very greedy people run this shop but the kicker is i saw a customer order food through the app and they were out of the bread and said they called the customer to try and let them know but because they didn’t answer they made it on a sundried tomato wrap and the customer wanted them to remake it and they refused amd said they could do a refund but won’t waste food , I was appalled and it wasn’t even my order …. won’t be returning for anything and will take my business to the brice rd subway !

Service was faster but it seems the man that was there I assume the owner was annoyed by his worker helping me with options. Every time I said what I wanted on the subs (3) after every condiment he’d ask anything else? As if I was wasting his time. I said heavy onion on one he sprinkled it. I said I asked for heavy onion he displayed his hand towards it. I know what I asked for it that wasn’t it.Finally it came to getting my receipt and me and my husband were discussing if we wanting extra anything. He asked receipt yes or no? Just one big rushing experience.

I used to go to this shop all the time. 2 – 3 times a week, and would have rated it 4-5 stars. But there has been a major change in long time staff and attitude. I had an issue, posted it to main subway site. All i got was, sorry you had a problem. The sandwiches were not made the way they were ordered, but i was charged the way they were made. As far ad i was concerned i was cheated.

Awful Service! Half know what they are doing, touching register and oven and attempting to add veggies. Young lady hot an attitude when asked to change gloves. Refused to complete order or change gloves told other guy to finish.Then she took customer behind us and completed his order before ours. She changed gloves to complete the other customer order but not ours.

This is a great Subway. Not the biggest store but I have purchased food for my family over 10 times from here and it’s always great! Fresh, taste excellent. Employees are very good at their job here, that makes all the difference in the world. When people care about what they do it’s always better.

He was so rude and I felt rushed I sat in my car and didn’t pull off to write this review and as a foodie , I won’t be coming back there was an Indian guy he made me pay before my sub was even out the oven , then I asked for chipotle south west and he gave me chipotle baja which I had a allergic reaction from previously, he yelled and said it’s the same thing I threw the sandwich in the garbage ️
