Fast food should not be a 25 minute wait. Ask the manager before I paid that I do not have time to wait and informed me that my food was ready. 3 minutes later told me that I needed to wait for bo rounds. All that could’ve been told to me before I paid my money.

It’s so sad to see the next generation are so lazy and incompetent, I ordered a single sandwich through the drive through and they told me to pull into a parking spot and they’d bring it out after 5 min. The line is empty and I’m their only customer. It takes them 5 minutes to make a sandwich? Ok whatever I pull into the spot and wait for almost 10 minutes. I walk in and my sandwich is on the counter. An employee who was sitting in the lobby comes and hands me and order without saying anything. They knew exactly what to do but chose to sit there and do nothing while at work.

Stopped at Bojangles this morning to pick up two orders and waited 25 minutes. It took five minutes just to be acknowledged despite a sign saying customers should be greeted within three seconds.

Staff said they were short staffed, which I understand. I have worked fast food. The drive thru was busy, but there were clear moments when nothing was happening and that was the only time someone briefly came to the front.

Waiting 25 minutes for two pickup orders is unacceptable.

Restaurant had me waiting over 20 minutes for a basic order. Then later I discovered, they gave me the WRONG ORDER. Called in to notify the manager and he REFUSED TO REPLACE IT! AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND SANITY!!!

No chicken.. Then gave me a attitude because I nicely asked why. And the bathroom has a key code on it. So that’s a tell these days, of go to the other side of town. I’ve been here 3 times. All 3 times I left empty handed. Will not return.

I am new to this side of winston salem because of a new job. This time the automatic menu voice is aggravating and clearly it wasn’t working, or the poor cashier inside was fed up with it. so a few cars behind me and 1 in front of me just sat until we figured out that something was wrong. they never bother to come outside and put up a sign anymore if the speaker is broken (even other locations also), they just let you sit there! as a result they got my order wrong. And she wasnt moved by the fact that I parked and came back in to correct it.
thanks to the front cashier she gave me the 1 strip of bacon I actually ordered from the speaker drive thru. which is not what the window cashier rang up (the difference between deluxe and BLT). Anyways if you park and eat like I do, keep your windows up and doors locked. I only ever order a chicken sandwich with either slaw or the BLT OPTION and a honey mustard or mayo.

This is the MOST RUDEST Bojangles restaurant EVER!!! It’s one thing to be understaffed, that’s not the front workers fault. But no acknowledgement of “Hey someone will be with you or just a moment.” NOTHING!!! After the front worker looks over to my family and I after the 3rd time, rolling her eyes, I politely walked myself out the door. Just DISGUSTING and a sorry excuse. If you don’t want to work with people than don’t work in customer service

Honestly they don’t even deserve one star. Been waiting now 40 mins for wing and ranch combo. During lunch hours. Restraint dirty and clearly no help either. Food quality when I finally got it was horrible. Literally 10 people inside waiting for food or to order.

I would never stop at this dirty disgusting Bojangles ever again. I spoke to manager Cole about how disgusting my food looked when I got to work and unwrapped my biscuit it was the worse I’ve ever seen, really liable to get sick from eating at this restaurant. Manager Cole offer to redo my breakfast meal and I ask for my money back instead and was denied with Receipt in my hand

It takes a lot for me to leave 1 star.

If you ever want to see a group of people who hate their job though, stop by this store. I walked in to place a larger order for our office and I expected to wait, I was not expecting to not be acknowledged and to hear a large amount of disgruntled employee banter. It Took a minute and someone had to point at me for someone to take my order. The receipt printer didn’t work and you would have thought I personally offended one of the employees asking for it. The lady who ended up helping told her coworker “I’m not doing that for you all day”…. The machine malfunctioned… it was a weird thing to say as if she purposely didn’t print the receipt.

The store itself “looks nice” but when you start looking closer it kept getting more gross. Then of course there is the 83 sanitation rating that I didn’t see until after I ordered.

The employees were also complaining about the GM when an employee who was obviously sick came in the front door.

I’m thankful that she was not in the back prepping food at the time.

Won’t be back for a long time… very disappointing.
