Stranger Beast Pizza is hands down my favorite spot when I’m craving amazing pizza in a super chill atmosphere. The vibe is always fun and relaxed, they’ve got awesome beer selections, and their karaoke and bingo nights make it even better.
My absolute favorite pizza is the Tight End — house sauce, mozzarella, chopped pepperoni, finished with a swirl of pesto and hot honey. The sweet and spicy combo is unreal. It’s seriously the best!

I absolutely love Strange Beast. Hands down one of the most unforgettable spots in Miami! This local pizza brewpub is truly in a league of its own, offering some of the most unique and imaginative pizza flavors in the entire city. Every slice feels like a creative masterpiece, bursting with bold flavor and surprising ingredients you won’t find anywhere else.
The service is top-notch. Friendly and attentive. You can tell the staff really cares about creating a great experience from the moment you walk in to the last bite of your meal.
The atmosphere is electric, thanks in no small part to the awesome live performances from Miami’s local talent. Whether it’s a laid-back acoustic set, a high-energy band, or a night of laughter with local comedians, the entertainment here adds an extra layer of magic to the night.
What really sets Strange Beast apart, though, is the incredible decor. The walls are lined with art and memorabilia paying homage to classic Japanese kaiju monster movies from vintage Godzilla posters to highly detailed King Kong murals and wonderfully strange little details tucked into every corner. It’s a love letter of 1950s monster movies.
If you’re looking to enjoy the Miami weather, don’t miss the beautiful outdoor seating area in the back. It’s the perfect chill zone to relax with a cold brew and a hot pie.
Speaking of pies… I was lucky enough to try a special limited-time pizza called the “Arturito”, celebrating both May the Fourth and Cinco de Mayo. It had Marinated steak, peppers, onions, melted cheese, fresh cilantro, a bold salsa roja, all topped with a zesty lime slice. It was the perfect fusion of flavors and a true tribute to creativity and flavor.
The only downside? Parking can be a bit limited, so plan ahead or consider rideshare if you’re visiting during peak hours. But honestly, once you’re inside, that minor inconvenience melts away.

Tasty food, delicious beer, enjoyable event. This was my first visit to this location, but I enjoyed my visit and recommend that you give it a try. All of the tables were full, but the kitchen was still responsive, fulfilling orders in a reasonable timeframe. The pizzas were tasty, though kinda small. I am from the Northeast, however, so my perspective on pizzas may have a subjectively high bar.

Placed a pickup order on a Thursday night and found the place super crowded and filled with loud music. It was Karaoke night, which looked like a blast. But it was so loud I literally couldn’t order on site. After driving home, we were super disappointed at the realization that our pizzas were burnt. Otherwise, great concept, ingredients and overall ambience. Pizzas were tasty but cardboard-sy.

I had seen the reviews on Google and I have been wanting to check out new breweries around town. So on Sunday my bf and I went to check out Strange Beast. Love the names of the beers on tap. We had their pepperoni pizza which was great. Thin crust. Had leftover today’s. Super yummy. Sundays they are open until 10 pm. I had the apple cider which was very good. My bf had Morning Glory. A lite ale. One tv over the bar area. Side wall full of Godzilla graffiti. Other wall showing at one point a film. Great staff. Super friendly. And also they have outside seating but way too hot now to do that. We were there from 4 pm to closing. And we will be back. Even their pizza covers are unique. Love the place and atmosphere and it’s in Kendall.

Sweet little place filled with personality and great pizza! Only downside was that the parking was very limited. The size capacity was also small yet the quality of service was great. In a neighborhood with few brewpubs this is a much welcome addition
