My drink got lost in the sauce today but it was okay. The team there was super slammed and it was understandable. After 15 mins I kindly asked if my order made it through the list. The kind barista wasn’t able to find my drink so she made me one right away and left a kind message. Best customer service!

Came in with my fam after being stuck in Williamsburg traffic and was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of the employees of this establishment. There was a rather sizable crowd and it was handled quite swiftly and we received our drinks in less than 10 minutes. Kudos to those baristas for keeping cool under pressure
