Do not order online. Every time I have done so they have put very little meat on all the sandwiches and they always mess something up. If they are busy I would understand but I always order when they are dead. Maybe they should start putting a reading aptitude test in the interview process.

We took a road trip up to Salisbury, MO to see just how good the food is up there. We were NOT disappointed! I had a Meatball Marinara with provolone cheese. YUMMY STUFF!!! Julie prepared the food. She’s AMAZING! Even though she couldn’t put our subs through the toaster (it’s broken), I very thoroughly enjoyed the experience! 10 thumbs up from me! Thanks again Julie!

Worst Subway experience of my life. We waited 20 minuets just to get our order taken, than waited another 10 minuets for the lady to finish them, she wouldn’t stop talking . She toasted a sandwich that wasn’t supposed to be, they were low on stake and the lady didn’t want to go back and get any, I asked for sweet onion sauce and she put what was left in the bottle and turned to find a new one and couldn’t so she shut my sandwich and wrapped it up. Overall I would never eat here again.

I placed an order online and when I went to pick it up there was a very large group that was getting food. I waited well over an hour to get my food, which was no big deal as there was only 1 guy working. I didn’t catch his name but even though he had served 60+ people he still had a smile on his face and made the best sandwiches, even said he ran out of a couple things and said he would go prep more if I wanted them on my sandwiches. Kudos to this guy for the hard work he put in today! Will definitely be going back.

The service has much improved ! ‘Sir’ Carrigan is very respectful & a delight to order from. Some customers need remember when only 1 person is working..some item/containers can’t always be kept full. Hence, instead of customers being rude & disrespectful to the worker…remember that patience is a virtue *that is seldom shown to the average person serving the public & “you can attract more flies w/honey…”
The Carrigan *subway employee* showed much better self control than did many of his customers .

Ordered three footlong sandwiches and everyone was missing items, two sandwiches-no cheese-2 no lettuce. Verified I had ordered correctly. Tried calling the store mutiple times,,went straight to voice-mail. Contacted Customer service with a response they were looking into it. 24 hrs later no more contact.

The bread was under baked and I was told thats the way it is. I wanted to turn my sandwich into a melt and was told I could only get 2 veggies on it. I thought things were going my way when I was told I would get 2 free cookies because I added bacon to the sandwich, I would have been better off to chew on the bag the sandwich came in, it was softer and would have had more taste. I have enjoyed sandwiches from here many times in the past but this will be the last time.
