The service I received today was absolutely appalling due to a specific employee’s extreme lack of professionalism. She displayed a hostile attitude that is completely unacceptable for a customer-facing role, and she truly should not be permitted to interact with the public if she cannot maintain basic respect. I am requesting that management take immediate disciplinary action, including termination, as her behavior reflects poorly on the entire establishment. No customer should be spoken to with such blatant disrespect, and I expect this matter to be handled with the gravity it deserves.

The workers are lazy we’ve been waiting for our online order for 20 mins that said it was ready 20 mins ago and we still haven’t got it my daughter is hungry and we ordered conviently so we can pick it up the people in the lobby also have been waiting just as long as us and I see them continuing to walk out orders to customers and they obviously are messing them up because people are walking back in completely unacceptable corporate needs to get on the ball on this location it use to be one of the best now it’s one of the worst

I came through drive and asked if they had the Naruto meal and the girl said yes. I said, you do have the Naruto meal? She said yes. I ordered 3. My husband got the crispy onion whopper a chicken jr add bacon, and I got a spicy crispy meal. She brought me 3 of those nasty long chicken sandwiches as the Naruto meal. I went inside and asked about the Naruto meal, she said she didn’t hear me. Yet I asked her twice! She was like idk I’m sorry. I specifically came to BK for the damn meal for my daughter’s birthday meal today! You could have told me and I would have went to a different location. She asked me if I want a refund. I should have taken it.

I didn’t take the refund because it takes 7 to 10 days to hit my card and I need to eat so let me just apologize to my child and get her one a different day because I don’t feel like waiting and it’s going to mess my money up if I buy food twice. So I go home with the wrong food. I get home and my husband sandwich is missing bacon on the chicken jr and he said the whopper had so much mayo it grossed him out. My chicken sandwich is dark as hell and crispy like a rock. As a fast food manager for a different corporation I know damn well that chicken is at minimum 3 hours old. It’s funky. My children’s sandwiches were in their words nasty momma. Overall this was the worst experience 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

Just went through drive through because the sign says “open late” closes at 2am per online also & no one answered intercom so pulled up to the window i seen workers and as soon as they seen me they ran out of view. Why have a sign that says open late but then not take orders might as well take that off your sign

Ordered online to pick up around two minutes after we arrived. Sat at the drive thru speaker for several minutes without any acknowledgement. Drove up to the window and they told us it was not ready yet and asked us to back up so they could take their “at window time” I will never do that again. We spent over 10 minutes waiting on our food after it was supposed to be ready. The great thing was, all the food was very hot and fresh, We enjoyed the meal very much, and had leftovers for the next day.

Wouldn’t know what the food was like however they refused to take orders and refused to give a explanation other than “we are no longer taking orders” it wasn’t even 10 and the lady on the drive thru intercom was extremely rude. Just go to taco bell or McDonald’s down the road. Joke of a BK location the franchise owner needs to get their staff in check

The entire staff working last night was great. I called to see if they had cheesy tots because the bk I was at was out & I love them, they said they did & took my order over the phone so when I got there it would be ready. The staff were all so kind & smiles. Give these people a raise.
