Exceptional. This was my second time dining at Classic Pizza in Tiverton, and it confirmed everything I thought the first time. I recently moved back to the area and stopped in a few weeks ago. The food was so good that I knew I had to come back and bring my son with me.

I told him we had to order both pizza and subs because I wanted him to experience what impressed me the first time. From the first bite, he was smiling and clearly blown away. We eat out quite a bit, so it takes something special to really stand out—but Classic Pizza absolutely delivered.

When we got home, he couldn’t stop talking about it. He was already making plans with his friends and telling them how great the food was. That’s the thing—adults can sometimes exaggerate a dining experience, but kids don’t. When they love something, they’re honest about it and excited to share it.

The food was incredible, the staff was amazing, and the atmosphere made it feel like more than just grabbing a meal—it felt like an experience. Don’t be surprised if you even get a hug from one of the owners on the way out. That’s the kind of place this is.

Everyone should experience this awesome pizzeria. I can’t wait to go back again.

Ordered 11 sm assorted pizza’s from Classic on New Year’s eve for a gathering. Menu had plenty of options to choose from. Some terrific pizza combinations. Staff were very nice and helpful. Pizza presentation: filled with toppings and crust was soft. Each one tasted ….FANTASTIC!!! No complaints….just compliments from everyone. Some winners that stood out in our book: Chicken Teriyaki, Cheeseburger, and BLT. Definitely….Definitely will order again!!! Thank you Classic for helping bring us into a great New Year!!

1ST TIME. Walked in looked like at signs on the floor , ordered a small meat ball light sauce not toasted , an Italian with oil an vinger . An 2 sodas 23$ not to bad on price,
I thought at first, then I saw the sandwich the meatball was more bread then anything,2 hole meatballs in the hole sandwich, Italian was light to bur not heavy on the wallet so .. at at about a 50/50 to go back .. if I do I will update my experience .

Absolutely the WORST eggplant parmigiana I have ever had. Burnt on the bottom. Dried out. Terrible. Also ordered a chicken cutlet grinder and the chicken was so dry and overcooked that you couldn’t bite into it. I wanted a photo of that but my man threw it out into the backyard. What a waste of money

Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant in my whole life. I was about to literally call the police and still feel I should have reported my experience. I was on a tight budget wanting to get pizza for my family and so I called ahead of time to confirm pricing. There was a website attached to their Google listing. How am I supposed to know it was not legit and the prices were wrong? I called and asked the price. When I went in, the price was different. I politely asked but the young woman at the front was so rude to me. For absolutely no reason. She looked at me rudely and when I asked questions explaining I had called, she cut me right off. As a business owner myself and someone one who has worked in customer service for 20 years it was hard for me to be so disrespected. I asked her not to cut me off which sparked the owner to pop around the corner. I thought she would have been concerned for her paying customer and my experience/how I was being treated but she started swearing and flipping out at me. This is all while I am holding the hand of my 4year old daughter. They had the audacity to try and blame me about the situation with her yelling at me not to treat a 16 yr old that way. No matter how old anyone is, if they are performing a customer service role, especially the first person a customer would see, they should be respectful. I was polite for every question I asked and did not deserve that, my daughter did not deserve that. I felt if I was alone and there were no other guests in the restaurant they all would have jumped me. It was that threatening. The only kind and courteous person was the owner’s mother. Thank you, ma’am. Please beware of your safety if you take the chance to order at Classic Pizza!!! They should be closed down and I would give negative stars if possible.

Fish and Chips were perfect, large portions, crispy, batter fried. Unfortunately my side of slaw didn’t have dressing, but it was very fresh. I suggest a real tarter sauce instead of packets. The menu is huge, there is something for everyone. The staff was good humered and very helpful. Wait times were short and they were very busy at 1pm on a weekday. I will be back often.

I never get what I order here.
Ordered a basic steak sub with only mayo, cheese and onion. No mayo, added tomato for some reason, steak was dry and the cheese wasn’t even melted. With a tip option and 4% charge for a card I’m all set. Horrible food.

Very poor customer service. They are rude when speaking with you and hang up the phone without saying anything. I had an experience where they thought the phone was hung up but wasn’t and heard them talking about me to coworkers. I didn’t order from them for awhile but thought I’d give them a second chance. Nothing has changed. I will not be ordering from them again. There are plenty other places around. I don’t need rude service when I am paying for something.

I have never had a bad experience with this place until today I ordered food last night called back last night but they were super busy … so I called today about my wrap that I ordered cucumbers on and the person I spoke to debated with me that they were cucumbers when they are very clearly pickles she was extremely rude said I could bring it in I said they could come pick it up then hung up so I called back to speak with a manager or the owner turns out the person who gave the rude customer service was the owner or at least she claimed to be the owner weather or not she really was who knows but last night was my last time ordering from any place who’s owner lacks good customer service literally the rudest experience I’ve ever had from this place. All I’m going to say is if you order a wrap with cucumbers and they taste like a sour pickle she’s going to debate you up and down that it’s cucumbers and that she made it herself.

First time ordering from Classic and most likely last despite it being the closest option for me. First off, when you walk in they have a sign up that says “please be patient, we are training new staff”. There was like 10ppl in the kitchen… Totally okay with that. Wait time 10mins longer, also okay with that…. Paid for my order then ran next door to CVS. Got back, was asked what my order was again and I said a large pizza and 7ct order of wings. I was handed a pizza and a bag of wings… didn’t think much of it and left. Got home and was given a large cheese pizza (ordered something totally different) and 5 boneless wings.. I called and let them know and instead of owning up to their error I was told I paid for the wrong order and just grabbed a pizza box and walked off…. Which is completely inaccurate. Long story short, save yourself the frustration. Poor poor customer service.
