This is technically NOT a coffee shop for the community. It’s a coffee bar that serves Caribou coffee products located in the Omni Lakes Hotel in Eagan. The service was good. Drinks were good. Clean environment.

Staying at the Omni, went down to get a morning cup of joe. Caribou is advertised, but called Ten Drops and they are not the same. Ava was our initial contact and it started out very badly. 1st she couldn’t understand what we were ordering, everyone in our party had to repeat their order atlease twice. Then all drinks were too extremely hot, ordered a glass of ice to remedy this. Next was the drinks were all not the size we ordered, going back to the initial issue to start. As a Caribou rewards member you do not get nor use reward points here, but they advertise Caribou. Strange here and in the bad way.

Right inside the beautiful Omni Viking Lakes hotel, this modern coffee shop offers crafted coffee drinks in partnership with Caribou Coffee, and smoothies, and delicious made-to-order and grab-and-go food for breakfast and lunch. Every drink I’ve had has been delicious!

Unless you’re staying at Omni, just go to Caribou. Same drinks and pricing, this is a nice space, but it has overpriced food items out of convenience for travelers with a little extra money or an expense card.

Stopped in as the closest coffee shop to the TCO complex and grabbed a delicious Americano and a fantastic breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was delicious and the size of a specialty burger vs what I’ve expected from a small breakfast sandwich. Coming over from TCO, I was on crutches and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Great work!

Came down for a coffee…SO disappointed. It was just horrible overheated froth that subsided within seconds. Mine went in the garbage! Surprised for a hotel like Omni they don’t have a proper coffee machine and a professional barista
