I’ve loved everything I’ve ever had from here.
They offer a variety of pizzas, pastas, salads, and subs.
Recently, I had dinner with my family to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and our waitress Kate was fabulous.

Wings were very good. Kids loved the calzones! Super busy though for just 2 waitresses for a packed house. Felt sorry for them. The music band was soooooo loud we could not talk on a Friday night.

Rising Crust Pizza is a disaster. The food is bad, the service is clueless, and no one seems to care enough to fix any of it. When the owner, Brian, reflects small-town ego instead of professionalism, this is the result — won’t be back and will definitely go out of my way to let people know. Calzone was great! Thin crust cooked perfectly. Cheesy garlic bread was also great.
Pizza was very good, salad was good, Alfredo was ok.
Nice open setting.
Bonus: they were playing great music (90s rock) at a lower setting..nice for visiting. (Not live music).

We’ve ordered pizza’s to go 3 or 4 times a month since 2016. They’ve always been great! Halloween night of this year we ordered a large pizza and for the first time it was terrible! I thought okay, it was Halloween, they were busy, we’ll try again. Ordered two pizzas a few nights ago and they were just as bad. The cheese was far away from the crust and very little of it, way over proofed crust, it had enough sauce for 3 pizzas! Sauce was so thick it just ruined the pizza. I may try one more time because we’ve always loved Rising Crust.☹️ I don’t know if they have a new cook or different manager but October & November 2025 have not gone well for The Rising Crust’s food quality!

Our meal was terrific. We were there too early for the music. The staff was attentive and questioned was everything good and were we satisfied. We’re planning a return trip with some friends very soon. We had business in the area but the return trip is for the meal. About an hour ride but worth it.

They have a few new items on the menu as our very diligent waiter (perhaps he was a new owner or manager? Very personable guy) pointed out. But I ordered the long-time menu item, lasagna, and it was phenomenal. We got excellent service at 6 pm on a Saturday evening, even as the band came in to set up. The atmosphere was light, not tense and rushed. Highly recommend!

Great Pizza, great pastas and great service but you better come early because this place fills up fast. From live entertainment to Bingo on some nights it’s most always packed but there is plenty of seating available or they have take away.
They also do special request such as baking a layer of cheese on top of pasta for baked spaghetti .
