Tacobell is my favorite fast food place and this location is no exception. I enjoy stopping by for lunch every now and again and the food is always great. I will note when you order extra chicken on 2 of the same items 1 might have extra chicken and the other will have the standard amount. A little strange but im assuming they didnt notice both on the ticket said extra chicken. Other than that 1 thing this place has been great and always makes orders as specified.

Waited 30 minutes to be skimped on food.
Earlier this morning I Ordered on the app right before I arrived. I sat there waiting for 25 minutes and before I went up and asked worker about where my food was. She told me she “hadn’t seen my order” and that she would make it now. I wait another 5 minutes and get the skimpy portion sizes in the pictures below.
You can see how overfolded the wrap is due to how little food they put inside. You can also that the quesadilla is 40% empty compared to the picture in the app which is actually full. What a waste of time and money. Will definitely never be returning here

I don’t know what others are talking about. Everyone there is super nice, it’s fast. The food is always fresh and just a genuine “fast” food. But while I was eating I felt like I was at a restaurant. The people kept asking me if there’s anything else I would like and so on. Good was dam near restaurants level too. I’m impressed!

Drive thru was fast, guy taking my order was awesome and super helpful

The wait was incredibly long. We we’re in the drive thru for almost 10 min and the way the draft it was built you cannot leave the line once you’re in it it is blocked on the sides. So when you have an extremely long wait time like we did today there’s nothing you can do about it you just have to suck it up and wait. The value of the food was good I thought. We got the cravings deal which was enough to feed and drink three of us it had a 5-layer burrito a Cheesy Gordita Crunch which was a chalupa wrap with a crunchy taco inside of it, a crunchy taco and an order of cinnamon twists with a drink for only $5.

Not too sure why Taco Bell can’t be bothered to place a drive through menu where the people in line can read it. Instead they have a single menu facing the order box. It’s not like they have a simple easy to use menu system with numbered items or anything like that. People can’t start planning their meal out this way until they are already ordering, this delays the order and inconveniences everyone behind them. The food here is otherwise good, the place is clean and other than whatever manager can’t figure out the drive through a decent fast food place to stop at.

Customer service was nice however my food was messy … not normal Taco Bell messy but I was looking forward to my Mexican pizza which looked crazy, broken up before I could dig in…every time I’ve been to Taco Bell this is what I get and it was off the menu for a while … now everything was good … the food all was hot and I was gettin to the business ️until I pulled the long a*s black hair out my darn mouth ( ) …. Oh and I have braids so 1,2,3 not it(me) !!!
