Sushi Time used to be Ginza, and wow — this remodel is 10x better. Everything has improved: the food, service, atmosphere, even the tables. It’s fancy, comforting, not plain or boring at all — full of color, lights, and great vibes. And the sushi is absolutely delicious! May has been our server a few times and she’s the best — so kind and friendly. I love coming here. best sushi in town!

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but Sushi time genuinely deserves it. From the moment you sit down, you can tell this place really cares about the craft. The fish is crazy fresh — clean, buttery, and melting in a way that lets you know they’re not cutting corners.
One thing that really stood out to me is that there ain’t no more buffet, and honestly? It works. It lets the food do all the talking, which feels very satisfying for the great price and portions. It’s just quality ingredients handled the right way. They also added more menu items like ramen and put in more work and quality to the food. (Not really a big fan for AYCE in the first place.)
I’ve been to Sushi Masa and Crazy sushi which is one of the over hyped all you can eat restaurants plenty of times, and while it’s mid, this sushi TIME place clears it for me. The fish quality is better, the flavors feel cleaner, and the whole experience feels calmer and more elevated. You’re not rushed, the staff is chill but attentive, and the vibe is low-key in the best way — like you can actually relax and enjoy your food. ( Sushi masa takes soo long, and when it does come out, it’s ice cold. Not worth the wait, and not even that good. Loud and crazy in there.)
Vibe at sushi time is bussin. All of the lights just speak to me, and the place is really decorated with origami, which is tiny or big paper crafts really hard to make, which is soooo creative. Servers here are so generous and kind, spent their time explaining the items on the menu and stuff. Totally recommend.
Overall, sushi time feels like one of those spots you don’t gatekeep but also kinda want to. If you’re into sushi that’s about balance, freshness, and letting the ingredients speak for themselves, this is it. Already planning my next visit soon!!

Had previously eaten here when it was ‘Ginza’ and used to love it so upon going inside today as Sushi Time I can definitely say they’re better than ever!! The service was fantastic as well as the tonkotsu ramen, vegetable ramen, and golden california roll. The fried gyoza is a must have for your appetizer, definitely will be returning very soon!

We had such a great experience at Sushi Time! Everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. The sushi was beautifully prepared, the hibachi was cooked perfectly, and the appetizers were spot on. The hot and sour soup deserves a special mention. It was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal even better. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to again!

This was my first time visiting and I was really impressed! The beef was very tender, the sushi was super fresh, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere is also very nice and comfortable. Definitely a place I’d love to come back to!!:)

Really great place! I got the lunch special, which was 3 rolls soup and salad. I asked for spicy mayo which they brought a hole bottle. Which was amazing because most places charge you $1 for a little ramekin of spicy mayo. The lunch special was only $15! Their food was really good too so I will be back!!!

The food here was genuinely so good. The hibachi chicken and veggies were fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The sushi rolls were the standout, super fresh fish, great texture, and generous portions. I’ll definitely come back just for the food alone!
