They forgot part of my drive through order. Will not refund me over the phone. No time to go back and deal in person.
Frankly speaking, I think I needed that to happen. I’d been looking for a reason to never go back. This wasn’t a big deal, but it’s a good enough reason. Which will be better for my family and I overall. Goodbye, McDonalds.

Seriously the most incompetent workers and management. Maybe I shouldn’t be surprised…
Beyond how painfully slow they were—I had to ask the drive thru attendant if I could pay before pulling up you the pick up window—his/her response: oh yeah sure. Once I pulled up to the pick up window and waited some more for my food only to find my order was wrong. When I asked for the correct order I was passed off 4 more times to different employees/management all while a line of 10+ cars backed up behind me. No, they did not correct their mistake. No, did they not take accountability. 15 minutes in will not get back. And none of them could figure out why I was frustrated. I realize we as a society need McDonalds—but we really should demand better. I wouldn’t support this particular location ever again.

Went there this morning with my boys who were hyped up to check out the play place. Arrived around 7:30 am and were informed the play area is only open 9 am – 9 pm. Such a shame. Guess we won’t be going out of our way here again.

I went to McDonald’s in Plateau in Sammamish today. Unfortunately, the checker overcharged me!
When I asked, why overcharged me? the lady said: please pool over your car and point me to the parking space on front and she said: we will bring you food and money he charged you extra!. I parked and wait for 30 minutes and nobody came to me. I went to window and I asked them, I wait for 30 minutes and nobody came to me to bring my food and my money!
The young man came very rude and arrogant and instead of apologizing, said give me your CR to return your money!
It’s unfortunte that McDonad’s, which was a favorite of my children and I had fond memories of has fallen into such a predicament that there are very classless people there, behaving in such an ugly way.

service is horrible. normally if I go to a McDonald’s drive through,.I get a response, even if it’s Can you hold on..I sat for a few minutes. I orders the big Mac combo. I got my drink but no fries.never going back to this one again.

I like McDonald’s, it’s reliable and unpretentious. Anywhere in the country I know I can get a sausage egg muffin, a coffee, an air conditioned table and a clean restroom.

This McDonald’s has great potential. They need the drink machine and ordering kiosk to be 4 stars. My bacon barbecue chicken sandwich was delicious, but they forgot the bacon. The chicken was moist and wonderful. The SW chicken salad had the same great chicken and a lovely variety of greens, beans, carrots, and corn. Their only diet soda was coke. The not diet varieties we’re limited too. I watched the order taker spend too much time communicating with a customer who was a communication challenge.

it wasn’t dry at all. I had to eat this with the wrapper or my fingers would have a bunch of oil on this. This let you get a ton of oily flavor, which
is something I enjoyed. It even had some flakes – that was also good
The inside was also pretty nice – it wa soft, had a pretty solid potato flavor, and did its job
The one thing I wish was that this was warmer – it was a little bit warm, but considering I ate it like 30 seconds after it was served, I would’ve liked
something warmer
For the price, the size isn’t bad for 2 dollars – there are more economical things on the menu – but I didn’t mind this
For being only 140 calories – it didn’t fill me up too much either
