My wife and I had Valentine’s dinner at Ruth’s and let me tell you this place is much better than insignia restaurant maybe not as nice inside but the steak / ribeye I had was phenomenal roasted brussel sprouts garlic mashed potatoes this place gives George Martin’s steak house competition, It’s close! The only thing I didn’t like was the sweet potato casserole with pecan crust too sweet for me . Service was very knowledgeable on the different dishes/ sides, nice music playing not to loud I recommend giving this restaurant a visit.

The server, Richard was great, Bobby in the back was working very hard on our drinks which we appreciated much. I’m not a huge fan of the pop music though in the bar area you know it’s a steakhouse. I feel like it should be a cool, calm collective vibes, but it makes me wanna dance in front of a steakhouse. I’d rather a soothing music in the background.

i went here with my boyfriend and everything was really delicious! the steak has a nice char on the outside, but was perfectly cooked in the center. their bread and butter was literally to die for, and the french onion soup was immaculate! (i wish i took a pic but i ate it all lol). they gave us a free cheesecake bc it was our anniversary, and our waitress Kristin/Christina was super nice and had a great energy to her☺️. my only critique was that the mac and cheese’s cheese sauce kind of had a sticky mouthfeel because it was really thick, but it was still really good and we took it home after. great portion sizes and incredible service. really nice moody atmosphere too, and cute heart decoration on the table for us

Celebrated my birthday here and they had a little display of Happy Birthday on the table which was nice. Shared the poorhouse for two with my husband which was excellent. Side dish of mushrooms and brussel sprouts was excellent too. Our server Henry, was very nice too and was very helpful. Overall, a great meal and experience. Great place for a birthday dinner or any other occasions.

I brought my mom for her birthday dinner, and as always, the experience was exceptional. Our server, Lori, was absolutely wonderful, attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a perfect evening. She made my mom feel truly celebrated, which meant so much to me.
Joe, one of the managers, also went above and beyond. He checked in on us, made sure everything was flawless, and helped create such a welcoming and special atmosphere. You can really tell when leadership cares, and it reflects in the entire dining experience.
This is one of the reasons I continue to come back to this specific Ruth’s Chris location. The staff is consistent, the chef is extremely talented, and the overall level of service is top-tier. Thank you to Lori, Joe, and the entire team for making my mom’s birthday dinner so memorable. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Had such a great experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House tonight. The food was amazing (as always), but the service honestly made the night.
Khadijah, our waitress, was incredible, super attentive, warm, and on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. She checked in at all the right times and made us feel totally taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about her tables.
Joe, the manager, also came by and was so friendly and personable. He actually talked with us, not just a quick “everything good?” and walk away. It really added that personal touch that you don’t always get at restaurants.
Between the delicious food and the outstanding service, it was easily a 10/10 night. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an excellent dinner with my mother yesterday . It was my first time having dinner there and it was awesome. I consider my self a foodie and was honestly blown away – a huge part of the dining experience was our server Richard ! Richard was not only attentive but made sure to make us feel special! He elevated our experience despite the fact that we sat at the bar because we were slightly underdressed for the formal dining area. Will definitely be back for date night with my mother. Big shot out to Richard for making it happen .
