Haven’t been to Donatos in forever, and after this visit, I remember why. We couldn’t get into Pizza Cottage, so we rolled the dice—big mistake. The $20 Founders pizza and boneless wings tasted like bargain-bin frozen food. Our server was kind, but the service itself was a mess: no refills, no napkins, no plates, and the ranch showed up only after the second reminder… right as we were almost done eating. Spent more than $40 on a meal that felt like lighting cash on fire. Absolutely won’t be back.

Always order from Donato’s. But tried ordering today. Computer ordering service sucks. Kept telling me my card was declined. I go to a another store my card was good. Try to order a sub and a salad . . So I just said the heck with it went somewhere else for us to eat.

Went in with friends. One other couple in there si not busy. We ordered 2 side salads and lg pizza pep mush and ban peppers. The people with us got meatballs and garlic bread 10 mins before we got our salads. 50 mins after ordering our pizza cones out. Ours is completely wrong. Our friends were done eating before our pizza came, no apology and chgd us full price. Took it to go . The last 3 times our food has been wrong and took forever. Donatos used to be the place to go with full parking lot. Not anymore. Im afraid that will be my last time there. Terrible service . Save your $

We really like your pizza. But the young lady you usually have working the front counter and dining room by herself doesn’t cut it. She needs coaching on how to do two things at once. Begin there multiple times tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but by now it’s obvious she is not cut out for it. She’s very friendly she just can’t handle the two spots by herself.

This used to be my favorite pizza in town. Well no more! The last few times it didn’t seem to be baked properly, as it tasted doughy, and toppings didn’t taste done. Most of the ingredients have lost the flavor they had in the past. The pizza in general has lost its flavor. I didn’t know what has changed but it’s unacceptable and has had their last chance to keep my business.
