Once I stopped by to pick up the order, I was greeted in the most professional and welcoming manner by what seemed to be the entire team, Britney, Isaiah, Alonzo, Chrissy, Sabrina and Zee.
I’ve been in Property Management as well as Sales and Customer Service for years and know an outstanding group of teammembers when I see one. Chrissy, who I believe was the Shift Manager last night – (1.13.2026) and her teammembers are all a great asset to the WingStop family and should receive accolades in your next team/focus meeting.
If I could give Wingstop zero stars, I would. This place is a straight-up joke. Let’s start with the food—it’s greasy, soggy, and tastes like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The wings were overcooked and dry, the fries were limp and cold, and the ranch tasted expired. Nothing was fresh, nothing had flavor, and everything was just a complete disappointment.
Now let’s talk about the service—horrible. The employees have zero sense of urgency and even less customer service skills. They act like they’re being punished just for doing their job. No smiles, no greetings, no professionalism—just pure attitude. It’s like you’re bothering them by simply existing.
Cleanliness? Don’t even get me started. The floors were sticky, the counters were filthy, and the drink station looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in days. I wouldn’t trust anything that came out of that kitchen.
And the wait time—laughable. I called ahead and placed an order over 75 minutes in advance, only to arrive and STILL have to wait an additional 30 minutes for cold, disgusting food. What is the point of calling ahead if it makes absolutely no difference?
Wingstop needs a complete overhaul—new management, new staff, better food quality, and someone who actually gives a damn about cleanliness and customer experience. This was my last visit and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away.
Christine, who identified herself as the manager on shift, put the caller she was speaking with on hold and asked me, in an unpleasant tone, “What happened?” When I explained again that I had been on hold for 21 minutes, she held up the restaurant phone and told me that no one was on hold—despite me showing her my phone still connected.
Instead of helping me, she chose to take the phone customer’s order first. When I expressed frustration, she told me she would only take my order after finishing with the person on the phone.
Being treated this way by a manager is completely unacceptable, and because of this experience, I will not be visiting this location again.
