I Attempted to stop to grab and go for lunch being on the clock for which i barely ever get time to have a lunch. Stood there waiting inside at counter for someone to order. 3 or 4 people behind the counter looked right at me. Walked by bo service!? Im like ive been standing here! For how long? I gotta hurry. Job is very Demanding and Essential work. Wasted my time. I walked out . 2nd time this has happened at this location. And with peoples attitudes. Rediculous.!

Attempted to order a vanilla latte with 2 pumps caramel. Repeated it three times girl running drive-thru seem to be having issues understanding. Maybe it was the workers holding behind her. I’ll go somewhere else. How do these places even stay open?

I came here twice this week, both walk in mobile pickups.
First time, I ordered a L iced coffee w/ cold foam and a small bag of hashbrowns. It took over 40 MINUTES for them to do both. I intervened twice to ask them about my order because it was just taking so long. Then I finally get my drink without the cold foam and hashbrowns. I was so mad and late for work at this point, I left without even trying to get it fixed.
Second time was today. I ordered another large coffee with cold foam and 10 pc munchkins. It’s now been 40 mins and I’ve only received my coffee (they remembered the cold foam this time). And still no munchkins as I’m standing here waiting and typing. It’s been over 40 minutes to grab 40 munchkins and I was the only one in here during a slow point…. I asked abojt my donuts and they told me “we are still working on it”. But no one has worked on it. 8 workers I’ve counted both days. This is just unreal. I’ve worked in food service for 5 years and they’re rude and lack urgency for the customers. Terrible staff, I won’t come back again.

I went through the drive thru today around 11:15. Sat in the drive thru line and noticed they wouldn’t take an order until the person at the window paid and drove away. Had to repeat my order twice . Pulled up to the window and three women were standing there talking. No greeting at all just grabbed my card and handed me my bag. Pulled away and noticed my coffee was made wrong. The sticker on the side wasn’t even right. Even though I repeated my order twice .

Ordered a hot caramel latte and a sausage, bacon and cheese croissant. The lady taking my order rather rudely interrupted in the middle of my talking to asked me if I wanted its hot. Said again yes hot. Waited for quite a while in the line though there were only three cars in front of me. When I got up to the window she handed me my caramel latte which was in a hot coffee cup, but was cold. I told her it was supposed to be hot. She took it back never apologized came back to the window handed me another one. It wasn’t as cold as the first one, but wasn’t hot and I figured she just poured out the first and reuse the cup. I pulled away and realized with my first drink that all she had done was pour out the ice and put a little bit of coffee in it. It was not a caramel latte, actually thought it was tea at first, and it was still cold and she was very rude. No time to go inside, but on a plus side, the sandwich was good

not good at all. ordered mobile pickup inside. i live 2 miles away. food was sitting in a bag behind counter i could see it. drink not made. missing items. had to get one myself (by going back inside bc i noticed it was missing) bc it was sitting on the counter but never got the other. drink was finally made but had to get myself bc no one acknowledged i was there. eye contact but no one talked to me. making other orders and taking orders for people who arrived after me. cold food bc of wait. didn’t even bother with asking for remake or refund bc they didn’t even talk to me. contacted dunkin. will not return.

The slowest Dunkin in the area. I always place a mobile order. I’ve had to wait 20 minutes for my order of 1 beverage and 1 wake up wrap. Employees didn’t even acknowledge my presence. They never say hello, please, or thank you. I avoid this location at all costs!

I’ve ordered online twice in the last month. It takes at minimum 30 minutes to get your order. I would understand if the line was long. But 30 minutes to serve five cars in a drive through is insane. The location on fish creek is completely worth the drive, you can get there and back with coffee before this location would even take your order.

I stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts got their new candy bar drink and two donuts said all I wanted was one drink. They overcharged me for two drinks. I kindly tapped used my fingernail tightly tapped on the window so I could get somebody’s attention because everybody else was busy. OK the girl came to the window and started snapping at me and telling me to not tap or pound on their window. I don’t appreciate being accused of that. I was not pounding on the window. I was taking my fingernail and slightly tapping so I can get somebody’s attention then she prayed to say this conversation is done. I don’t appreciate that. I find that very rude. I will never come over to that business again. I need a manager to call me. This is ridiculous. Unacceptable and very unprofessional the sitter and tell me I was pound Ing on the window when I was not pounding on the window. Is this how you treat your customers having some little young teenager come up and tell me that I was pounding on it when I was not, and then when I was trying to explain to her that I was not pounding on it, I was tapping on it slightly to get their attention and she literally said I was pounding on it. No, this is unacceptable very unprofessional, and I will never come to that site again.
