Great experience today! I’ve never seen a Sonic pump out order after order like I did today. Placed my order ahead on the app and was brought out quickly with both of the sauces I ordered. Yummy and fresh. The Sonic app continues to need improvement, always bummed when I try to use the mozzarella 4 piece deal and its still never worked. Not this location’s fault, I’ve reported it on the app when theres glitches. Got my drink half priced at least. Friendly carhop as well

I ordered a jr. Double cheeseburger thru the app. Once I got home, I realized the burger had only one patty and it was so dried out on the edges- had to be hours old. This was a Wednesday night ~9:45pm, late, but still over an hour before closing time. I recommend going to McDonald’s instead.

They brought out two cups of soft serve ice cream. One had a few cookie dough pieces on top.
“Sorry our shake machine doesnt work but we just got you a cup of ice cream instead, it would cost more this way anyway” said our carhop.
1.40$ for a cup of ice cream
4.49$ for a sonic blast
4$ for a shake

Tried to order from the drive-thru and the person waiting on us could not understand me and I do speak very clear English! So I moved up to the drive-thru window thinking maybe it was the speaker. That was the problem. However, it was not the speaker. It was the attendant at the drive-thru. Even after speaking with her in person she had a puzzled look on her face and kept closing the window and going and checking something and coming back. Finally, I got frustrated enough and left.

Once upon a time there was a drink called a Cream slushy. This was way before everyone made things “dirty” with cream and such. This was back when you just blended a yummy slushy with vanilla ice cream. I’ve been trying to order that this summer with no luck. This time they forgot to blend it together. Sonic is losing its edge.

So where do I begin I got a small vanilla shake and a medium strawberry shake!! I waited 20 minutes!! They come out melted and they came out both vanilla with a little bit of strawberry syrup on top I called and complained and all she could say was we made it and brought it straight out then she hung up on me once I asked to talk to a manager! I don’t eat out often when I do it’s cause I’m craving something and I’m a little particular I’ve also worked in food service most my life so before I start I get it. That being said My burrito was folded (like a quesadilla) flat and unappetizing I get it breakfast food at dinner rush you get what you get but I ordered a number 1 a plain sandwich and tell me why there’s bbq sauce all over my wrapper? Mayo lettuce tomato meat bread and cheese was all there was suppose to be so an older wrap was used that previously had BBQ sauce on it. Suffice to say I’ll remove sonic from my life of consistent go to food options when I’m in a rush as there’s little care on what goes out the window.

Upon unveiling my crispy chicken sandwich, I couldn’t help but wonder if I’d accidentally been served a fried steak sandwich. Sadly, the truth was much, much worse. As I pried open the bun, a scent wafted out that could only be described as eau de dumpster fire, mingling with hints of a back alley grease vat. The “chicken”—if one can still call it that—appeared to have been dunked in a vat of ancient oil and fried beyond recognition. It was so tough and rubbery, I half expected it to bounce back and hit me in the face. This wasn’t poultry; it was poultry’s final revenge. Absolutely inedible—unless you’re a fan of chewing on yellow, stringy, petrified fossils that vaguely remember once being chicken. If you value your taste buds, olfactory senses and most importantly, your health, I highly recommend staying as far away from this Sonic as possible.
