Trails Edge is surprisingly good. It’s a rustic looking place in a small town. It has character and it’s a convenient place to meet friends for lunch. The first time I was there I expected the food to be a little tired like the building but was I wrong! The menu is fresh with Asian influence and delicious. Great, flavourful salads along with hearty sandwiches like brisket grilled cheese.

Stopped by this place on Saturday with several friends. We were there right as it opened. Our waitress was a hoot, as she had a great personality and joined in on our laughter. Great food, great atmosphere. I’d definitely eat here again

Had a late lunch today. Food and service was top notch. We had a lot of questions about the menu and our server was patient and knowledgeable. All of the servers worked together which was nice to see. Wings, French onion soup, Caesar salad and the chicken salad! We will be back!

My server Sam was excellent. The food was good and hot. Was a busy night there. Lots of take out. Atmosphere lively. Noticed that there is live music in September will need to check it out.

Friendly service, great menu choices! I’ve been 3 times now and have been thoroughly satisfied each time. Food has been a tad salty for my liking, but I will say that I am very sensitive to salt, so my review is decidedly biased in that area! Overall, highly recommend this spot – great restaurant!

I don’t know what has happened here recently, but I’ve taken my previous 5 star review from a year ago, and sadly have to give 1. Too many times lately, we have ordered from here for takeout. Our items are wrong, and who would knowingly pay $20 for nachos that look like this?! Very upsetting, coming from someone who used to love going here.

Love this place, worth the drive from Ayr. The servers are amazing, always friendly and pleasant no matter how busy it gets. Food is consistently great, have yet to be disappointed. p.s. can we get a place like this in Ayr??? 🙂
