This burger king was alot better than most I have been too. It really makes a difference with great customer service. Trysten was at the register when we ordered. He showed great customer service and offered to take a picture of me and my husband which was very nice. The food at this location was very good. My husband ordered the steakhouse burger and I changed the fries to chicken fries. Both were very good and not just thrown together. Thanks for the great service Trysten. You should get a raise for making the customers feel appreciated and special. Keep up the great work.

Been through the drive thru twice. Both times I was asked to pull up. When I asked why it was too keep there drive thru times down. While sitting waiting on my food I noticed ever vehicle was asked to pull forward. There was at least 10 in a row. One would think the food would be fresh and very hot, since I had to wait about 10 minutes to get it, but that wasn’t the case.

Used the app for points that were expiring. Told the teller my 6 digit code. Code was accepted on my end, Burger King teller end asks for another code. So I give him the code again, “Not working on my end” “I have the screen still up, can I get my onion rings?” BK “No sir we will still have to charge you.” “But you took my 400 points?” “Still going to charge you”. I left after that, Burger King, you are maybe 3rd in fast food sales, maybe even worse, “Have it my way?” How about do what’s right, dump the app if ya cannot manage it, I’ve worked at BK and my kids have worked there and you keep disappointing, order food from there and you jack up the order. This is the 3rd time this app mess has happened to me/kids/friends of mine in the past month. I dont usually post negative things about a restaurant because I know how hard it is to recover from bad reviews. Maybe next time teller person, grab a manager and say something. the havelock nc burger king location has got to be the wost location possible. they got my order completly wrong and when i called to say something they hung up. i called back and someone else picked up, lied to me and was overall rude. save your money and dont eat here

Almost all the drinks were out on their machine in the lobby, didn’t have what I liked and had to substitute for a very lemony version of what sprite should be. Fries are warm.. but more so on the cold side.. surprised they got my burger correct since I’ve had multiple times they messed up my burger orders. Waited there for a little while before we got our food.

Parking lot is completely dead. Been calling since I finally got to my friend house like 8-12 min drive.. and no answer. And 8 piece nugget was all i order for a toddler and they are hard as rocks and u can tell they have been “redipped” in oil.. how are u supposed to explain to a kid a baby that they can have them cause they are bad when u literally just got them. Hard as a brick and look like cardboard. Still no answer all u had to do is say u are dropping nuggets and I would have waited and probably ordered more…

Ordered a Whopper and Whopper Jr via BK app. This was the height of lunch hour, and drive thru was filled. Had a little wait, but was quick co sidering the timing of my order.
