If you are looking for a classic, high-energy breakfast spot in Miami Beach, Big Pink is a must-visit. I recently went there with my family, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish.
The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, but the food is the real star. Here are the highlights of our meal:
Bacon and Eggs: Simply marvelous. The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the bacon was exactly how it should be—crispy and flavorful.
Strawberry & Whipped Cream Waffles: These were a total standout! The waffles were light and fluffy, topped with fresh strawberries and a generous amount of whipped cream. Absolutely delicious.
Service: The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure our family felt right at home despite how busy the restaurant was.
The portions are huge (perfect for sharing or if you come hungry), and the quality is top-notch. We left happy and very full. We will definitely be back the next time we are in SoBe!

My visit to Big Pink in Miami was nothing short of delightful. I ordered the new triple smashburger, and it was absolutely mouth‑watering — perfectly seasoned, full of that homemade flavor, and truly chef’s kiss .
The mozzarella sticks were the ideal start to the meal, packed with gooey cheese and fried just right. We’ve been to Big Pink twice now, and both times we ate way too much food, leaving fuller than necessary.
This is definitely not the place for a small appetite, the portion sizes are huge. If you’re not a big eater, I’d highly recommend sharing a dish with a friend or partner. We usually order a few items and split them so we can try more of the menu.
On our most recent visit, we had the Greek yogurt bowl, eggs benedict, Nutella waffles, and a 5-egg omelette with peppers and olives. Everything was outstanding, fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re in a full-on breakfast mood.
The atmosphere is classic diner style with a fun, casual vibe. There’s a mix of booth and table seating inside, plus an outdoor seating area as well.
If you’re craving a hearty, indulgent breakfast while in Miami, Big Pink is a must-stop. Come hungry, you’ll be glad you did.

This is one of the iconic small cafes / restaurants in Miami Beach, older locals know that you haven’t been to Miami Beach if you didnt party all night at the Story night club and didnt have a breakfast at Big Pink early in the morning as soon as they open. Lol
So, the food was great, portions are huge.
We knew that so we ordered accordingly.
Wait time was around 10-15 min, but it was worth it.
We got waffles with scrambled eggs and bacon, the chinese salad (try it, its really good), and a brrakfast quasadilla. Also got some smoothies and a fruit salad. Out of all the things we ordered i do not recommend the fruit salad, cuz it was tiny and pretty poor for the Big Pink menu. All other dishes didnt disappoint. Definitely will come back

I went there for brunch with a friend from Europe that wanted to try American food and we absolutely loved it. The food taste delicious, the portions are big. Our server was kind, friendly and helpful with the recommendations. The weather was fabulous to sit outside.
Totally worth it!!!

Was visiting South Pointe Beach from out of town and decided to check this place out. The server was friendly and decent wait time for service. We ordered the fried chicken sliders. The fries were 10/10. The sliders were an 8/10. Just a touch cold. As you can see the portions were nice in size. Unfortunately, the food did not reheat well. I also ordered the red velvet cheesecake. It was awful, very artificial flavor.

BIG food! Delicious as usual, husband had the meatloaf TV dinner, could barely eat half. I had the Mayor burger, 10oz burger topped with pulled pork, onion rings, BBQ sauce. Got the coleslaw on the side, and came with a bucket of fries. I could barely finish half, absolutely the best burger I’ve ever had. My friend had the pancakes, ate everything. He said it was fabulous! Now we have to take naps after putting our togo boxes in the fridge.

First time visiting after having many people recommend it to me. Upon walking in, the hostess greeted us and instructed us to pick any booth. One of the booths still had a check and dishes from the previous patron. It took about 10 minutes for us to be greeted by our server and get waters, then another 20 to actually place our orders. Our service was subpar. The food is good, great portions. When getting the bill we noticed that 18% gratuity was automatically added, which was not mentioned anywhere. This explained why our service was mediocre, the servers have no incentive to do their job well. Will not be returning as good food can’t overshadow poor service.

I really enjoyed eating at big pink. The food was really good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The nachos was good and the burgers were good. My only problem was the seating. It is very tight in there and when it’s crowded it is very hard to get past people and sometimes you have to get up in order for someone to walk through. But other than that I had a great meal.
