Short wait on line; but very long wait for the food more than 30mins and this was with a “pre-order” list.

Customer service is limited to: thank you and here’s your order but they have no attention customers needs nor service recovery. I already expressed frustration to the server when I noticed that the people who came after us already had their bento boxes and yet the classic musubi I ordered for my son was still not available. Instead of apologizing for the wait or delay, the server told me that food prep of cold and hot are different. And it’s faster to serve hot food than cold. Later on, we received the spam musubi, hot. The takoyako hot. The baked sushi which took more than 30mins to be done, hot. Food prep should have nothing to do with the order food is served in a restaurant. You base it on who ordered what first. If it was served based on the ease of preparation, then there shouldn’t be lines for customers in waiting, you should just ask everyone what their order is and serve the “easy” to prepare dishes first. Neither of the two servers apologized for the delay of our food at any point. Which frankly, made the entire experience regrettable.

The food was okay, the baked sushi only had one small pack of nori which definitely will be not enough for the tray.

I tried this place because it kept popping up on my feed and I regret bringing my family here valentines day. More than the food, i place high value in experience.

We waited for an hour in line, and when we finally got seated, we had to wait another hour, even though we had pre-ordered our food while in line. Some staff were kind, but others seemed irritated when we asked for favors. It even made us hesitant to ask for water because their expressions made it clear they weren’t happy to serve.

As for the food, we enjoyed it, but it didn’t feel worth the nearly two-hour wait. It was also quite pricey.

We expected a crowd since we went on Valentine’s Day, so the long wait wasn’t surprising. However, it would have been more acceptable if the service had been better.

Dishes ordered: Salmon Poke Bowl, Mango Cheesecake shake

I will not forgive you for changing the music from Lifehouse’s Hanging by a Moment to Mirror by Justin Timberlake, just when the big chorus was about to play! While this other, less appealing song which was also playing in the background, “The Reason”, (simultaneously) kept on playing.

…If this is already the biggest complaint a customer can throw, you know the place is giving excellent service.

Great food. Fresh ingredients. Appearance is as advertised. Probably even better compared to the photos posted on FB. I was pleasantly surprised at how voluminous the poke bowl serving was. I initially thought there wasn’t any rice in it when I saw its photo in the menu, and thought further that it may not be that much, but I was wrong. There’s all that rice underneath the heaps of equally plentiful salmon cubes, mangoes, seaweeds, cucumber, and beans. Took me a while to finish it all. I like it so much when I get that surprise in quantity.

Customer care is decent and welcoming. I have been solo dining for a while and here, I didn’t feel judged nor discriminated against, unlike in other places. I was greeted upon entering and was immediately offered a seat at exactly where my eyes were directed.

The staff members are very professional. For instance, I overheard the server taking the order of a couple seated next to my table tell her co-servers to lower the volume of the music as she saw fit, hence avoiding the situation wherein the customers are forced to speak louder than they would have wanted. You don’t get that often in other places. I was also greeted on my way out. Consistent customer service.

Lovely interior as well. Orange color makes me hungry lol. 100% worth coming back to.

Kudos!

I had a delightful experience at this restaurant! The takoyaki was bursting with rich flavors, and the beef misono was an absolute winner. I’m highly satisfied with my orders, and I can’t wait to bring my wife here for an equally enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended!

There wasn’t tuna sashimi or sushi on the menu. The salmon was ok; it’s not a day-old catch fresh, but it wasn’t bad. The place is small but the atmosphere is good. The service, though, was a bit slow, considering there was only me and another table waiting.

The place is cozy, and the food is good ❤️ Service is 5/5, ate there is very nice. We tried Pork Yakiniku Bento, Seafood Ramen(?), Squidward Takoyaki and Tuna maki sushi. So far, no regrets in trying out their food. We’ll try others on the menu next time.

They mentioned that orders usually take 20-30mins which should be fine but we had to wait for 50 mins. The server (which was quite pleasant) had to buzz the kitchen several times. There were only 1 couple dining in and 2 delivery requests then.

This is probably the longest we had to wait for Japanese food.

They serve great japanese food here. Small place but worth to visit and the price of the food are just right. Heads up, there’s no parking here. Nasa front lang siya ng Perpetual Help. They even serve Sashimi here which I’ll try next time. Babalik-balikan!
