I live 5 minutes away from this McDonald’s. In the past I was told by a manager if I hit the “I’m here” button on the mobil app before breakfast ended that I would still get my order. I hit the button at 10:23am I pulled up at 10:29am. Of course there was a car in front of me so I got to the window right as the lunch menu pulled up. And they did not honor my order. This maybe to much information but I have a 2 year old I have to get ready and he pooped right before I was going to leave which caused me to be late. I should not be punished for being a parent. And then I went to Dunkin Donuts instead. Though I can’t blame the employees for this policy. McDonald’s Corporate: this policy is unfair and cruel! There should at least be a 15 minute grace period for breakfast even if only for mobile orders. I miss all day breakfast. And breakfast should end at 11am at least.

My husband (this is his Google account, hence the name) went to McDonald’s earlier to grab our breakfast I ordered thru the app. When he got home we realized we never got the apple juice we paid for and also don’t get the correct ice coffee. I ordered a large FRENCH vanilla coffee and got a regular one. I don’t have the time to go there today to correct this situation. It’d be appreciated to get a free lg coffee and apple juice next time we come in since we technically did pay for them and didn’t receive.

The incompetence this place displays on a consistent basis is shocking. Parked for 10 minutes, pink haired lady comes out and practically throws food into my car. Missing parts of order. More expensive than ever with worse and slower service.

What is the sense of ordering online if you don’t start cooking until I arrive which means the wait I was trying to avoid by ordering online is senseless and this has happened many times not just a one off oh and donna sucks at her job the other day during a rush I had 4 drinks and the person at the window said hold on I’ll get you a drink holder then went to get one I assume the stash out front was just empty I overheard Donna ask him what he was doing then said “next time just say we’re out” I was about to make a seen and realized it just wasn’t worth it Donnas attitude sucks and I’ve seen it a few times

Waited in line for 20 mins for a hot coffee while being ignored by staff to take order. Seems way under staffed and the amount of mobile ordering is taking away from live in-person customers!! If you cant walk in or use drive through then your service should come AFTER people waiting online. I would definitely NOT recommend this place until service is to customers is changed

So overall stuff here is normally done well. Not this time, they messed up my fries 3 times stauated in oil and hard. Temps had to be wrong something was off , I unfortunately eat here tooften and know the difference. Please get your Frys righ!!!
