FANTASTIC! The entire kitchen is gluten free! Wonderful fried cheese curds and beer-battered fish. They also have a great tap selection. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Portland even if you can have gluten!

Gluten freaking free fish and chips? We couldn’t get into this restaurant fast enough. The cheese curds were amazing and everything reminded me of being back in Wisconsin. I’m not sure how we even found Hawthorne after drinking so much earlier that day but I’m glad we did. It was the perfect spot to eat dinner and well worth the trip. We will be back.

Casual fish and chips place with so many fish options! The beer battered fish was the best, but the spicy chili fried cod taco was also delicious. The service could be better, but the food made up for it.

Gluten-free fish and chips? Yes, please! Everything on the menu is gluten free. I had not had onion rings since my diagnosis of Celiac Disease (almost 7 years) and they were amazing…the gluten-free beer-battered coating did not fall apart like gluten batter tends to do. I highly recommend Corbett Fish House.

This place is amazing. My husband and I shared a pitcher of cider, cheese curds and the best fish and shrimp basket we’ve had here in Portland. The ranch was yummy and I even liked the tarter sauce and I hate tarter sauce. Great service too. We’ll be going back really soon.

Off to the fish house for a gluten free birthday dinner. Salmon, Cod and Halibut fish and chips as well as fish tacos. All of it was wonderful. We tried not the beer for extra crispy batter and the standard we seemed to like the beer batter the best. The cocktails were sublime and I have to go back for more of those intoxicating offerings. They had a decent beer list as well which I would lean towards for fish and chips for obvious reasons but not ever again at this place. You’ll have to stop in to see what is in the works behind the bar. You’ll be glad you did!

They have the best spicy fish sandwich and a variety of beers. Staff always friendly and there is both inside and patio seating.

The beer batter on the fish was a little bland, but at least it was gluten-free. The fish itself was definitely fresh. The service was friendly.
