I wasn’t impressed with Burrito Beach. I ordered ground beef tacos and they didn’t have much taste. The tortillas were soggy and when I picked up the taco it disintegrate, so I ended up.eating the filling with a fork. I don’t see myself returning to Burrito Beach. I have to say that besides the food the service was good.

I’m only in Chicago for a couple of days a year. Visiting this small chain of restaurants is definitely a must for me. At least as good as Chipotle, if not better. Slightly different flavor from the big chain. Loved my chicken burrito bowl. Workers were enthusiastic and restaurant was clean. Wish I could bring them home to NJ with me.

The service here is unacceptable. As soon as you walk into the line, the older lady at the end say- What are you getting? Then she rushes you and is impolite. She always never smile and made me feel like she’s doing me a favor. Her attitude isn’t pleasant and I haven’t gone back because of it
