The food is always what you expect from McDonald’s. BUT WAITING 20 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THROUGH FOR 2 FRYS AND BURGERS IS INSANE!!! Also don’t even bother with custom orders they will just make it worse even if it’s just a plain burger. You get faster service at any of the sit-down restaurants in this town than you do at this McDonald’s. If you want actual “fast” food go to the Burger King or Wendy’s don’t waste your time.

Went late one night after my boyfriend got off night shift, and the person at the speaker was incredibly rude and very crappily said they wouldn’t be taking any orders. We tried to ask what to do if we had already paid for a mobile order and he interrupted before we could get the question out just to repeat himself again except this time much louder and aggressive. I don’t know who the worker is but as a person who also works customer service there is no need to be that rude when you were unclear yourself in the first place. Definitely deserves to be reprimanded somehow.

I’m so sick in putting a mobile order and before I leave work I put that im there and still I wait in line for over 15 mins for a drink and a wrap. Every single time I wait so long for 2 things. I ordered my food, I got my food really fast, fries were cold to begin with. And then they made me pull up and wait for of all things two drinks! One should never have to pull forward and wait for two drinks! Now all my food is cold… Anyway I thought that was bad service. Very bad.

I placed an order on the app this morning at 2:50 and went immediately to the drive where she checked me in…after sitting a while in the drive i tried canceling the oder but got the message it couldnt be canceled because they were already making it, so I sat and finally got to the window she hands me out my drink, says it will be a minute for your cheeseburger and left the window…I dont see or hear anyone for awhile so I honk and say hello finally after 20 minutes total im handed my cheeseburger. 20 mins for a cheeseburger and a drink, then disappearing. My clock said 312 when I pulled away so it was actually 22 minutes…thanks for making me late for work.

We have had several issues with this establishment. Today we went through the drive thru, the two sweet teas we received were not sweet what so ever . So I went inside while waiting on our food in spot 1. While waiting inside for them to get me new teas that are sweet. I noticed that one of the sandwich makers DID NOT have both gloves on his hand, while observing this, he picked his nose than went directly to making food . Shortly after he got his phone out and started texting . Did not put new gloves on nor wash his hands . He went directly to making food again! Gross , ever since Sam left this establishment, it has gone down hill QUICKLY ! Wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets shut down eventually. Nasty !

My husband and I went here yesterday he got a snack wrap, large fry and the mccrispy strips and everything was fresh. I didn’t eat but used the wifi for about an hr or so and the manager (assuming) came out to ask how everything was. She was very attentive to her customers. Best McDonald’s hands down.
