We’ve fallen in love with this place right before it’s closed for the season. We get the cheddar bacon burgers and poutine for dinner. Its some of the best poutine we’ve ever had. Not sure if that means much coming from an American, though. I’ve gotten the maple creamee in a donut sandwich, and that was lovely. And then I’ve gotten the maple and black raspberry swirl, plain, and another time with maple candies. Both were delicious but I think I prefer the maple candies. My husband has gotten chocolate and chocolate with raspberry and said both were good. We’re going to miss this during the winter months!

Great roadside spot for quick and reasonably priced food. They have gluten free options, which is a big plus! The fish sandwich, popcorn shrimp, and chicken tenders were delish!

Nice snack bar to get food. Plenty of outdoor dining area but it was raining when we went. I had the steak & cheese w/ fries and it was really good! It’s fall season so it wasn’t too busy but creemee was still available! Easy to order and the staff were nice. I recommend the maple X black raspberry Creemee for dessert!

Delightful lil roadside stop. Food is tasty and the portions are decent. Pleasant outdoor seating, and the store makes you think of past road trips with families. Call your father and tell him you were thinking of that road trip y’all took when you were a kid. Thank him for the memories. He’ll appreciate it.
The trinkets and memorabilia inside was a bit expensive, but overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice local, dog friendly spot. Food is fine except for the soggy fries. Once it a great while they’ll be cooked properly only to be soggy piles of mush again the next time. We keep going back but it would be nice if they could nail down how to properly cook what is likely the best selling menu item.

Excellent burgers. Crispy edges charbroiled, moist. No frills. Good price. Fries are yummy, if you like authentic fresh cut fries with caramelized exteriors. Maple soft serve (creamies) are the absolute best. Favorite stop for Grand Isle Ferry travelers.

Takes you back in time, delicious juicy hamburgers, tasty French fries that tasted real! We sat on a picnic table, service was quick and friendly. The lines were long at times but moved quickly.

Great, easy to spot ‘food shack’ that serves tasty burgers, sandwiches, nice seafood options and Ice Cream!! Attached is a vast souvenir shop. There’s ample parking, benches to sit and eat at, as well as a nice outdoor area with a few games to play! Great place to take the kids, friends, family or all of the above!
