I came to visit The Cape for 12 nights..after my sister suggested we stop and try Mary Lou’s.. game over. I was there every single morning. Being greeted by a smile and always friendly conversation…Jade is a rockstar.. she handled my silly questions every day as I had no idea what to order.. The Caramel Lou .. best there is! If you’re looking for friendly staff and good coffee.. Mary Lou’s south Yarmouth is THE WAY TO GO!

They don’t have donuts. They only have pastries, and I can imagine how expensive those are probably, so I Skipped food, but I’ve had the coffee before. And that’s not bad, not as good as dunks, but does the job, I guess. I didn’t see any cookies or I probably would buy one of those cause. I don’t like to eat a lot of sweets, but a little bit won’t hurt you. I bought a frozen coffee with mocha and it came out okay.
But there was large chunks of ice in it wasn’t ground down like drinking donuts. Frozen coffee is drinking. Donuts comes out more like a shake. This is like pieces of ice They get stuck in the straw on the way up. That could be worked on. The service is greatThough, but I probably won’t go back there.Cause dunks does it better!

Worst experience I’ve ever had. The bald person who was not wearing a name tag so I can’t tell you her name was the nastiest person I have ever seen before. Just rude and should be nowhere near customers in anyway. How she is hired and still has a job there is astonishing. Clearly they are 3.4 for a reason and I would stay far away from this place.

Absolutely horrible. Coffee was completely watered down and the workers were extremely disrespectful and vulgar. We watched a worker pick her wedgie a total of 5 times and continue on with her contaminated hands. We also experienced a worker getting completely enraged and almost throw her headset. As for the other workers they continued to diminish customers and belittle them for asking simple questions. As for all workers they used their cell phones for personal use while dealing with customers and using extremely inappropriate language. Mary Lou, do better.

Marylou’s has lost all its original charm with this new location in the back of a gas station. After placing our order in the drive thru and waiting five minutes, the barista notified us that they were running out of ice… the only thing this place makes is iced coffee! Definitely not a good look for a coffee chain. The coffee itself tasted stale, despite all the creamer and sugar they dump into all of these drinks– will not be going back, nor should you.
