There is nothing I like better than a Moe’s stack. However, today, I ordered ahead on the app. When we went to pick it up at the appointed time, the person there looked confused and questioned us several times before getting our order- which was already done. She just didn’t look for it the first couple times? Anyway, it was annoying, but still delicious.

I thought I wrote a review on this place before, but maybe I deleted it.. End of story, the workers dgaf about anything and everything. haha.
When you order food, they act like they have no idea what you’re saying (at least in my experience). When they slop the food and such on your tray, they process you through with zero regard to customer service or “Thank you, have a great day.” — Not even with an exclamation necessary! haha
The salsa bar looks like a rendezvous for fruit flies, just not in the right hour.
Also, the “chicken” doesn’t look or taste like chicken. That’s never set right with me.. :O

I came in today to use my BOGO text incentive and I wasn’t welcomed coming into the establishment. No “Welcome to Moes” no “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Just straight silence. I stood there for 10 minutes waiting for the only associate to finishing make an online order before they began to think about starting mine. I understand online orders are priority or you need to finished what you’re doing because that’s just how you work. Whatever works best for you. I am a very understanding person. After I ordered and told them I have the BOGO deal they proceeded to ask if I had gotten the deal the day of. (Got the text for incentive the night before) they then told us they will let us “slide” and next time we need to better understand the incentive. As if we worked there and know how things work. I told them we got it the night before and who seemed to be the night shift manager said “honey we close in 40 minutes I ain’t got time to worry about this”. The staff at this location is extremely entitled and rude. I will never be back here and this review probably doesn’t mean a rats ass to them. Some places have that one bad apple but this establishment is nothing but bad apples. Rotten even. Just something to think about. The establishment had the QR code for the bogo deal outside their door. With no further explanation that it can’t be used same day. So maybe we should further specify the small print if we are gonna gripe about it.

Probably didn’t help that I came at 8pm, but it was election day. I worked the polls and needed something healthier than burgers or fried chicken. The queso was burnt, but the burrito was delicious!! I’ll definitely come back. The prickly pear lemonade was absolutely delicious

what happened to big burritos? it tasted and looked like it was only meat and rice (no lettuce, pico, sauces that I asked for). significant downgrade and i’m really disappointed as I loved yall. pls do better

I was the only person in line and the server seemed very rushed, like she needed to do something else. The guac wasn’t good, very bland and was basically just avocados. The chips were cold and not crispy. I haven’t been for years and grabbed take out. I will not be going back any time soon.

The staff here need to be reminded that they should NOT touch any part of their body or anyone else’s body with their gloves that handle the food. One of the food prep workers ran her hand along another worker’s arm (she was flirting by touching his tattoos I think?) with her glove then proceeded to make a family’s food with the same gloves. Another time a different girl kept wiping her sweaty forehead with the back of her hand with the gloves on. Disgusting and unacceptable.

Having your food jerked around in front of you, eye rolling, snatching a roll of receipts out the printer after being asked for one, then being laughed at and made fun of after being asked if there’s a problem. Incredibly unprofessional. I would not recommend. Chipotle is mere blocks away.

I’ve been to Moe’s (not this specific one before but plenty others) probably 50 times in my life, and this was by far the worst one. I’ve thrown up 5 times in the past 12 hours since I finished my chicken bowl. Definitely never going back.

Took a while before we were even greeted, much less order taken. Moe’s has gone down hill fast. Very small portions, higher prices, and poor quality food. Look at the pictures of what they served vs. what is advertised. Embarrassingly small, child size portion for $5 each. NOT EVEN CLOSE! MAJOR disappointment. Taco Bell does better. App always has issues. “Deals” on the app always can’t be accessed because of “errors”! SMH…
UPDATE: Been 3 weeks and still NO RESPONSE from Moe’s! They obviously don’t care about it’s customers….I may be ringing the bell soon (Taco Bell!)
