Our current favorite deal is 2 medium pizzas, a side of parmesan bites and a side of cinnamon bites for $19.99. Seriously where else are you going to get that in Brookings?!?! We usually have it delivered and it’s always been extremely quick and always accurate. The delivery tracker is an awesome tool that lets you know minute by minute the status of your order; it even has GPS for the delivery drivers so you can actually watch their progress as they’re out to deliver your food. The drivers I’ve had the opportunity to interact with have always been polite, professional and punctual. 5 stars well earned ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have received burnt or poorly prepared food from here on multiple occasions now. I stopped ordering the pizzas because they couldn’t seem to get one right. I used to get the philly, bread sticks or chicken but my last order was burnt passed being able to eat it and customer service tried to give me a pizza coupon that I refused and asked for a coupon for the food that was ruined or a refund and I have not heard back from them for a week now so I’ll be going anywhere else but here from now on.

the food was great. happy they changed the crust. my only issue is that I’m 7 miles away from the store. Brookings dominoes doesn’t deliver 7 miles away? cmon man dominoes built its legacy in part on delivery! might as well extend delivery to the California border! while it’s a small beef I feel it’s significant for a chain that’s supposed to deliver.

Malachi is the best customer service representative I’ve ever encounter. He makes me feel so comfortable and immediately we can joke. His pizzas always come out perfect; you can really tell he put a lot of care into his work. He’s seems to really enjoy his job too which is not something you find in most employees nowadays. He’s a keeper for sure!!

Tried to us the app to order and it would not work. So I called and got a machine asking me my address it took 10 minutes for it to get it right then I wanted a deal that the computer would not help with asked to talk to a person and I get someone in the middle East. He was awful. I hung up and I am now no longer getting Domino’s.

Cold and disgusting pizza. If there was less than 1 star I’d leave it. Less than 1 minute after ordering I called for a correction. Kenny said there was nothing they could do. Pizza came haphazard and cold. So sad they ran sprezzatura out of town.
