Horrific service—even by South Florida fast food standards. I work nearby, so I’ve unfortunately been here more times than I’d like to admit. That ends now.
Every single time we order online, it’s a mess. The order’s not ready, they can’t find it, or it’s completely wrong. Then I wait 20 minutes, only to get handed the food with zero apology or even a “have a nice day.”
The staff are shockingly rude, which is wild considering I’m basically a regular and have never complained—until now. Avoid this place if you can.

Ordered a 10 piece nugget and sour cream and chives baked potato and 3 sugar cookies and 2 chocolate chips and what they gave me was hard as a rock I never knew a sugar cookies to just crumble up in your head even the other cookie were hard as a rock and when I went back to get my butter and sour cream they forgot to give me worker whisper to me that she was told not to put it in my bag and when I told them that the cookies were old and stale I was to by both managers that the cookies were fresh but then contradict themselves and said they were cooked that morning mine you it was 5pm and actually like the were going to just serve something that I know that they would not eat themselves and acted like they didn’t want to give me my money back. And making excuses about way they are serving guest things that they would not eat.

10/26/2025 8:30 pm I bought an Apple pecan salad. The lady cashing was so rude. The salad was dry with no chicken or apples one dressing she says she couldn’t give another on that’s ok, but the cheese was so spoilt. She went to the back and I think she told them to do it like this. I called as soon as I got home . I’ve never eaten anything like this. And I’m addicted to this salad. But it was the worst.

Don’t bother. Bought $23 worth of food, asked for honey mustard, told EACH tiny packet is 54 cents. Terrible communication at drive thru. Rude service. Go elsewhere.

I waited almost 15 minutes to order which was 10:15am to get breakfast. The gentlemen in front of me was also waiting and once he asked for a breakfast order she flipped the menu to lunch! Not only did she do that she walks away again and I just decided to leave. I love Wendy’s but this location has been the worse experience a d the longest wait time just to order food. Staff in the back had a I don’t care about this job attitude. Sad but I definitely won’t be back here for a while until different staff is in or a strong pep talk to the staff to do a better job and follow the Wendy’s rule of breakfast til 10:30am.

Never in my life did I meet someone so rude. The employees had the audacity to clap at us when our order was ready and the order wasn’t even correct, WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN LINE. How can an entire staff not get one order right let alone have manners in a customer service roll.
