So I normally only eat chipotle I love it and they have always done me right. That being said my partner wanted qdoba yesterday, reluctantly I agreed. I got a veggie custom burrito, and he got quesadillas. His food came out perfect he loved it. As for my food the rice was bland, the fajitas veggies were soaking my burrito, I asked for salsa on the side it wasn’t there, the tortilla was torn and overall the best thing I have to say is at least the chips were good.

service was terrible, no communication amongst employees or customers, almost got charged for a whole other families meal and they were just handing their food to us. first time here and it was very confusing and such a mess. terrible attitudes all around, won’t be coming back but this needs to be fixed. you get out of your day the energy that you put into it.

For a bowl I had to dig in the bowl for protein because I only got 6 pieces of adobo chicken. $10 bowl for measly chicken ain’t worth it. I won’t be coming back. Can get better bang for your buck elsewhere for these prices!

The sandwich shop next door was jam packed so tried this place. Glad we did, was the right choice. Damn good burrito down there in Wichita Falls, idk how the dude wrapped the ginormous burrito so well. It was quite thick, he did a damn fine job.

Today I decided to give QDOBA a try for lunch for the first time. When I eat out, I usually order curbside as it’s super convenient, the order is usually made while I’m still at work, I leave for a few minutes, pick it up and come back. Today, that was not the case with QDOBA.
I submitted my order and was told by the app when to show up. I did and called the number on the receipt as instructed by the app to let them know I was there. I was told that the order was being wrapped up and will be out to me very soon. I waited for 20 minutes before calling again, I’m told the same thing, almost done and will be out soon. 10 minutes after that, I head inside to see if it’s completed, it is and is sitting up on the pickup shelf.
Now, this next criticism may simply be me being spoiled by the various family owned Mexican restaurants, but the meal was kind of small for a $12 burrito considering that was only the entree. I am able to get a much larger meal for the same money elsewhere.
The burrito itself tasted fine but was lukewarm and somewhat soggy, seems that it was ready for a while.
I understand that I could have gone inside for my order from the start, but if curbside service is being offered, I believe that it is a reasonable expectation that the restaurant should be able to provide such service in a timely manner instead of letting the order sit. They could have even given an excuse and asked me to come inside which would’ve been fine, but instead I waited for the majority of my lunch break on the note of “it will be out soon” for expensive, lukewarm food.

It was a busy night, and I can understand being stressed as I also work in food service… but the young lady at the counter , believe her name was Jayla as that was the name on her necklace, was incredibly rude and careless. She cut us off and rolled her eyes when we said we wanted drinks, then she rolled her eyes again when I expressed we wanted to use our free entree. I can understand being under pressure, but someone else needs to take over because the ugly attitudes we saw makes us unsure if we will be back.

Smells so bad when they spray the tables and wipe them, I can smell the chemicals from across the room!! Smell effects my taste of the food and the food is no longer enjoyable. Qdoba, find a different tolerable spray or don’t spray so dang much, you only need a little!! The workers don’t care and will keep spray spray spray excessively while you’re eating right next to you. So gross.
