This was my first experience at the Smashburger. We originally wanted to go to Wendy’s but my son suggested we try smashburger instead.
I ordered their double bacon smash burger with the special fries and drink.
The burger was delicious. The fries also tasted just right with the accompanying sauce.
The place is clean and spacious with ample seating. It was not very crowded when we visited the place.
If you like premium burgers, then this place should be on your shortlist.
Highly recommended.

Ordered a BBQ ranch salad with crispy chicken. It was REALLY good. I did not know you could mix ranch and bbq. The chicken was made fresh and tested great. The store was clean and in order. The staff was nice and kept people informed on their order’s progress if there was a wait. This was my first time at a smash burger and I would definitely come again and suggest this place to friends and family.

I normally order for curb side delivery, usually super hot and fresh. Today we stayed in and ate. It was clean, quiet, and well spaced, however tonight’s dinner was a little disappointing compared to my other experiences.

Ok burger. Took forever to get food when the place was empty 🙁 I opened my burger and found that the bun was 50 bigger than the little hamburger patty. I ordered a reg smash burger. Wayyyy to much bun for such a smash burger. There Smash tots were amazing. They were the showstopper of this meal

Will never go here again! Placed online order for 2 create your own burgers. And since I didn’t specify that I would like a “specialty bun” they made the executive decision to give me a lettuce bun instead (I specifically said NO Lettuce by the way..). Absolutely pathetic.

Food is always really good here, too bad the employees don’t want to do their job. Drive a half hour, got there at 939, door locked. Employees inside doing their post-close cleanup. Girl cleaning the fountain heads, guy in back emptying the trash. I have no problem with employees doing their jobs, but change the sign on the door and the web site listing to say open until 9:30, and not 10 o’clock. Turn the open sign off, too. When I saw the open sign it made me really happy that I drove a half hour, reaffirming my choice. the only other option for a good fast food chicken sandwich in town is BurgerFi and they were closed by the time I figured out this snafu. Very disappointed.

Love smashfries! They messed up my order to go…Make your own burger, I ordered a double with pepper jack cheese I got a single with cheddar…and drowned it in mustard ketchup and mayo…doesn’t hide a missing pattie and wrong cheese.

Three “first time” patrons and we each had various burgers. Holy brisket and bacon……. great food – good time. Will be coming again with more friends.

Chicken sandwich was great and so were the Brussels sprouts! Best chicken sandwich in area. People were nice and service much quicker and attentive than BurgerFI.
