We went though drive thru first their speaker is not working right then we get up to the window and the girl was not very nice all of that could be overlooked if the food was good but it was terrible the chicken was greasy and it was steamed in the box it had no crust just soft skin it is terrible I stop there to get a quick dinner but not again that the second time I’ve been there the first time I didn’t receive part of my order but the food was good this time it was bad I won’t be back for a 3rd time

Great place. Of course, we had a coupon! Ate inside. Music was loud at order counter because of speaker placement… did not like that… the music grew on you though!

Christie at the window definitely has not been trained in customer service, and the on-site management is not requiring her to give respect to the customers. The company should’ve never put her at the window, and our order suffered from it.

They didn’t have butter or honey; it’s not just at this location, the same thing is happening at other KFCs. The biscuits don’t taste the same without those ingredients.

Pulled threw drive threw ordered a family bucket and sides…Got home and didn’t have my gravy ..i called the restaurant and i was told i had to come back up and get it…I live 15 minutes away..So im to pay for gas to come and get what i ordered because the employees forgot to fill my order..messed my whole meal up….I will be going somewhere else from now own..

I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal. Since when does a 3 inch drumstick or a 2 inch thigh qualify as a piece of chicken! 4 of the 8 pieces could fit in my hand at the same time and the biscuits and chicken were over cooked. Didn’t give me a receipt either. $33.58 wasted!

I placed an order through Drive thru. I went back inside to let them know that there was barely any mashed potatoes and it was mainly gravy. The gal in the front desk instead of looking a the bowl that I brought back inside just said “ Well you get 2 scoops of mashed potatoes, 3 scoops of gravy and 5 pieces of chicken” I understand what makes the order but it does not necessarily mean that is what was done especially if I am showing what the bowl looks like. At that moment I retrieved myself from having to explain myself further and walked away.
