Against my better judgement I wanted an Ice Cream fix and this crew helped smash the craving with a marvelously prepared Heath Caramel Cupfection. The service was amazing and the lobby was cozy, quiet and super clean.

Standard fast food. Restaurant was decently clean, staff was nice. Fish sandwich was crispy and had a good taste with the tartar sauce. Fries were not the best or the worst. Ice cream looks delicious, but after I waited a bit too long to buy a treat, I decided I didn’t need it anyway.

Awful customer service. Very ditsy waiter. Non apologetic. They had to make my ice cream 3x before I finally got it. She laughed saying oh he’s making it again. She didn’t even remember i had to ask, again. No simple apology or anything. Very rude service. She also forgot to get other people’s burgers, etc. Weird experience.

DQ is still a good burger and ice cream option, with a $7 meal deal that’s a hard to beat combo for a light meal with a dessert. Pretty decent burgers, nothing really unique but not bad. Ice cream is their own brand of soft serve which is tasty and goes well with your comfort foods. This restaurant is usually pretty slow, lots of staffing issues, but the ones who do show up are doing their best. Store is dated but kept clean.

Ordered 3 blizzards and a misty. Waited well over thirty minutes. Drive thru kept rolling through, someone came in after us ordered a meal and a blizzard and left while we sat there wondering where our food was. After getting our refund another person who came in after us walked out with their order also. When we asked for a refund we were asked for a receipt which we were never offered, nor were we offered a number like everyone else was provided. And when the manager DID credit us back, no apology was given and NO RECEIPT! This store was over focused on doordash and drive thru when they had people inside as well. Nobody should wait this long for 4 items.

Go to any other Dairy Queen. They can’t even handle a frozen only order. If you walk in don’t expect your blizzard any sooner than a half hour especially if you walk in. If you are not in the drive through or you didn’t order door dash then you don’t matter. I canceled my order and left after waiting for a very extended period of time for ice-cream. Vote with your wallet people and choose somewhere else. This place needs to get it together or no longer exist.

What a joke of a Dairy Queen. After I stand at the counter for 10 minutes I finally asked someone if they could wait on me. Zero customer service skills. Lady at the counter starts mouthing that people just don’t understand and continues to smart off while I’m in eating my food.

eating here is a 50/50 chance of it being good and it’s a 50/50 chance your order comes out correctly, me and my husband ordered 2 pretzel sticks and a sweet tea and the line was so long, we went to the window and it took forever so they told us to go to mobile 1 so then they finally gave us our tea, and 1 of our pretzel sticks. which is fine and i understand people make mistakes, so we walk in and no one was at the counter they was all in the back which is fine if they are short staffed i understand anyway so we was waiting for some time and i seen a vape laying in the counter by the register, im not the one to complain about vaping but in a restaurant the smartest

Buy a cake says with non edible so ask they act like your crazy (Destiny )and says” the whole cake is edible” so why does it say with non edible? ..The definition of Non edible means to me that you can’t eat whatever is non edible . We think it was possible supposed to include candle or a top piece but there wasn’t anything , instead of just saying we haven’t got the non edible item whatever it may have been . Cake was good even though
