I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and frustration regarding an unacceptable situation that occurred during my recent visit to your restaurant.
On Thanksgiving Day at approximately 6:40 PM, I arrived intending to dine inside. According to the holiday hours posted on the door, the restaurant was supposed to be open from 6 AM to 8 PM. I even took a photo of the schedule to document this.
However, when I tried to enter the restaurant, the doors were locked. Inside, I clearly saw several customers sitting at the tables and eating their meals. At first, I thought perhaps the door was stuck, so I tried pulling the handle again, but it was definitely locked.
What made this situation even worse was the fact that a restaurant employee saw me, made direct eye contact, and completely ignored me. No explanation, no gesture, no attempt to communicate. Absolutely nothing. This level of disregard for a customer is outrageous and unacceptable for any business, especially one of your brand.
To make matters worse, I noticed that the restaurant was open only for drive-thru customers. But what exactly is a customer supposed to do if they arrive not by car but by Uber, as I did? I came specifically to enjoy a meal on the holiday, only to be deliberately ignored and denied service despite the posted operating hours.
I have visited your restaurants many times before, but after this incident, I am extremely disappointed. This experience has completely ruined my impression of your company. At this point, I do not intend to return, and I will make sure to inform all my friends and acquaintances about how poorly I was treated.
I expect an explanation as to why the restaurant was closed to walk-in customers despite the posted holiday schedule, and what measures will be taken to address this behavior from your staff.

Ordered two meals, which totaled $42 and only got 4 criss cut fries in my “large size fries”. Which is annoying because we order for later to us in our fryer for dinner. The other fries weren’t all that either but really hard to short change for $42 dollars. 3 burgers, 2 fries, 2 drinks. Also waited 8 minutes for my order. Not trying to be difficult. I work customer service myself. I guess that is why I am more irritated than others to leave a review I get it, but after this experience I just don’t.

I had the famous star with cheese. Got it with thousand Island instead of ketchup and mayo. It was really good. I also got onion rings well done. They were really good but I think the order could have been a little bigger.

UPDATE: 2020.12.02 – Came back to wait for Tires Plus to get some new tires installed. Their waiting room is horrible. So..ordered some breakfast. They try to make sandwiches out if crumbly, dry biscuits. Still not recommending them for the price.
On a good note, they are actually cleaning the tables. Unlike before COVID. 🙂 ALL of the booths are closed off. Just the seating near the window is open. The employees were great!

Cashier had attitude like she didn’t want to be there and didn’t pay attention to what was being said. I get that she’s young, and not happy, but No need to show it. Especially if you want to turn an attitude towards the customer.

Refused to fix the reward I was trying to redeem in store. It was 20% off $10 or more excluding BYOB. I ordered a queso combo and side of queso and she said I couldn’t redeem it and would have to pay full price even though I can use the app to launch it.

Found out they stopped serving breakfast at 11, so I made it just in time. It was nice and clean, and the people there are polite. I had the oreo shake and it was tasty!

I love their Western Bacon Barbecue Double Cheeseburgers. It is my favorite Cheeseburger of any restaurant. The staff at this location was very courteous and the food was as good as it gets. I will go out of my way to eat here when I can.

I have not been to Carl’s Jr. in a VERY LONG TIME…Drive thru lady was VERY rude … (Pro tip: if you don’t like working in the service industry Debbie, …find another job.) After the gasp and heavy sigh I received because I was using Apple Pay and her intolerance of my slowness because one arm is in a cast, I guess I won’t be back. My shake, not “chocolate cake” Debbie, is now leaking all over my cup holder. As a habit, I am a good review writer because I believe the world needs more good in it … but, dang Debbie … your service really bummed me out. Such a shame, as a kid Carl’s Jr. was my favorite! 🙁
