Popped in here for a quick lunch. It was pretty empty on a Thursday afternoon. The lunch menu was very reasonable with its prices. Everything was tasty, had booth to myself and it was quiet enough to get some work done as I ate.

The birria tacos are so delicious, my absolute favorite item on the menu. Their sides are truly awful! If you want tacos, they force you to buy their tacos now as a combo with the sides, instead of allowing for stand-alone taco combos or even à la carte. When my family of 4 have gotten the taco combos, we all trash the sides – it’s a forced waste. It wasn’t always this way and I was a much happier customer then. I just do not understand why they made this change. I almost feel like they over purchased supplies and they are forcing them on us so they don’t have the burden of throwing their money out. Before this change, I used to frequent this restaurant alot more often.
Side note, I did have an employee tell me sometimes at happy hour you can by single tacos, but I’ve never experienced it as I usually buy during dinner time.
The restaurant has a nice ambiance, lots of screens at the bar showing sports. They have indoor and outdoor seating, which is great in the warmer months. I recommend the birria tacos only if you’re nearby and the happy hour al a carte option is true.

Went for dinner with the family. Drinks were great! Food, so,so. My daughter and I ordered the chimichunga, but it was disappointing. The burrito was supposed to be deep fried, but ours were barely fried. Disappointing.

We visited after the Howard County AFSP Out of the Darkness walk (about 11:30a on a Saturday). We were greeted right away & promptly seated (there wasn’t many people in the restaurant at the time). They did not have a highchair for our toddler, only booster seats in which the buckle was broken, so we had to keep her from falling out the entire time.
After being seated, we waited for at least 15 minutes before we were even asked about drinks. Our waitress had just come into work as we were waiting. Since we were waiting for so long, we were ready to order everything. To start, we ordered a large queso & large guac, but the waitress said she had to check to see if they even had guac — they did, but it wouldn’t be ready for at least 10 minutes. When the guac finally came out (more than 10 minutes), it was a laughable single serving. For $12, we were expecting a something the size of a molcajete. But we didn”t receive our queso, so we reminded the waitress that we had ordered a large queso and she informed us that they were out of queso.
I’m sorry, but this is allegedly a Mexican restaurant. So to not have queso & supremely overcharge for guac is unacceptable. The rest of the food everyone got was ok, but not great. Maybe they have better service & food availability during the busy/normal hours of operation, but that shouldn’t make a difference.
We didn’t have the best experience during our visit.

I am being nice, giving this a two-star review, not a one-star one. So we get there big table waited 2 hours at the bar to be seated cool when we get seated waitress said she miss counted and there was not enough room for all of us to be seated thankfully the people next to us moved over and gave us a table, then she dropped the menues and did not come back for another 30 min then took like 1 hour after looking for her all over the restaurant we got to order our food we where a party of 15 “by the way” and then she took the order, and then food came and it was not good at all I had steak fajita and the meat was chewy had spit it out and didn’t eat my Food but people were nice location is nice

Food and drinks were excellent. Lots of cool art and decorations in the place. Employees were nice, but for some reason, it took a long time to be asked for even our drink/appetizer order (even after pulling someone aside eventually to mention our order had not been taken yet). Decent amount of customers, but not what I would call “bustling” at that time.

Me and my friends went on a Saturday night and the workers were exceptional. Our Bartender Steven was great and we had a lot of people he handled his self very professional, made us some “crush like” drink fantastic. You can tell he cared he learned our names and everything. The music that night was fantastic from Josh he played all great songs all till closing. We had a great time.

Taco Tuesday was so fun my bartender Tiwi Was amazing. My friend and I haven’t been to banditos in forever. I can say we had a great time. Food is good but we were there for the atmosphere. This was the first time we are meeting Tiwi, best this ever!! Make sure you ask for her when you go!!!!!!!

Really enjoyed our first time at banditos. If I said our drinks, food and service were all good, it would be an understatement. I would have to add i grabbed the manager for the first time and told him how great our service was. Joshua did a great job and we enjoyed our evening thoroughly. we were too stuffed for dessert, so we took it home for breakfast.
