So my driver did not follow delivery instructions. I pacifically put my number and said hand to me. I waited in my living room over my delivery time. I even called to check up on my pizza and it says 17 minutes away. Wow I was still in the living room and it did not show up instead my delivery driver threw my receipt on the ground. It was not in my pizza box. It was next to my pizza box. Matter of fact a cat was about to get to it and that was my whole purpose of asking for somebody to call me or to knock at the door hand to me. I also left a four dollar tip no problem. I’ll call Domino’s. The black lady. Light skinned lady sounded very rude as soon as I said Hello, I told her never mind. I will be up there because it sounds like she would hang up on me. I got there just so happen. I run into my delivery driver with a passenger that does not work for Domino’s. I asked her did she deliver to 748. She said yes I said, but you did not follow the delivery instructions love I said I got cats in that area. That’s why I asked you to call me. She disregarded what I said and walked away from me. I took a picture of her for this purposes, right here in her passenger got out of the car calling me a NIA and shooting me a bird. I politely told him at the top of my lungs. He can try it and he had the right Knigga today. Domino’s shades were down so when the manager comes out, she accuses me not knowing what had transpired before she got to the door and like I told her cameras do not lie but overall the customer service was whack in weird they’re overworked and underpaid. Am my delivery driver around here working on the clock with her boyfriend is that Domino’s policy so yes, I did go back to the store and get my tip back.

Ordered carry out 2 weeks ago for the first time from this location. I ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas, stuffed cheese bread, and parmesean bites. After getting home, I noticed the “large pizzas” was medium and the parmesean bites were soaked in butter/grease. I put in a complaint. This location called ME and told me they were adding the mess up to my credits. I accepted and moved on. Yesterday I called to see where the credits are and they don’t have any for me. I explained the situation and talked to someone named Nathan. He told me he was putting it into the system. Today I wanted to use them. When I called, the person who answered said I had no credits. I explained that Nathan told me to let them know he put them in. After being on hold for 10 mins someone came to the phone and told me it would be ready in 15 mins. I came and picked up my pizza. (I will add, not ONE person was wearing gloves while touching all the toppings). I got close to home and decided to look in the box. Same issue. Both pizzas look medium and the parmesean bites soaked in grease. (I have pictures if it let’s me upload them). I will not be returning to this location again. I will accept the loss. I just wish I would have gotten my money back. This was not worth all the trouble.

Manager is super not nice. I called not even upset because we go here all the time never have that service usually you’ve had a few times where we got really bad service but food was bad but I’m this type of person if I know that that’s not your usual I’ll let it go so I’m talking to the manager tonight and I’m explaining hey I ordered the food. I didn’t eat any of it. I literally have all of it. I should’ve called earlier. I apologize things happened in my life where it wasn’t something that was on my to-do list, but I do have my full order. I have my receipt. I have everything. I’m describing how bad the food is I literally did not even eat yesterday. I ordered the food and got the food at 9 PM. Keep in mind I’m telling you I did not eat all day. I ate less than half a slice of pizza my baby who was hungry, didn’t even eat the food it was that nasty and the manager says oh well I’m sorry but next time I can promise it’ll be better. I’m like OK so you’re not gonna give me a credit or nothing well, you said your name was and I’m like yeah well I tell you what do you have your receipt? I said yes, sir. I have all the food. I didn’t eat any of it and then he’s like were you Are yelling at me I said, sir I have not raised my voice. You don’t like my tone but I’m not being disrespectful. I’m not even being rude. I’m not even upset. I’m asking simple questions and I’m telling you about this nasty food that y’all gave me and you’re telling me that I’m supposed to be happy spending almost $40 on a meal that I didn’t even eat one slice of because it was not up to standards of eating soon as I bit the pizza, my stomach started hurting because the dough wasn’t even cooked. He had such a nasty attitude. I understand that you are the only one working. I understand that you are overworked, but you have got to learn your people skills and how to talk to people and how to relate to your customers because it is me people like me who don’t cook are the reason why people like you have a job? You start forgetting the people who pay the bills especially you’ll go to customers the customers that’s usually come in 23 times a week yeah buddy you messing up

Ordered from here pizza had no Pepperoni’s after ordering a ultimate pepperoni pizza. Call back in and they said that they couldn’t do anything or return my money or anything because the manager was not on duty. It was a Sunday had to wait till a Wednesday to the manager return. Then on further inspection of the pizza I found hair on it. Manager on duty that night was absolutely no help and offer no kind of credit or anything to help out

I went to pick up my pizza, it was 3 other guys waiting before me saying no one was serviced. I saw they were busy so I waited a while before saying anything. I asked one of the workers if the guy in the back could read the names cause he was just washing dishes. And he then says he was busy… like you can pause washing dishes to help the customers in store. Then I proceeded to read the names on the receipts without stepping behind the counter and I grabbed my pizza cause it was on the edge (without stepping behind the counter) then the worker tried to snatch it out my hand then the other one proceeds to snatch it out my hand as well. Mind you it was MY pizza and yall so busy don’t worry bout me grabbing my pizza. Needless to say don’t come here, they will ignore you and won’t do their job.

Waited 5 hours for a pizza , couldn’t get a refund since there was no manager on duty ! Corporate doesn’t respond to any complaints!! Save yourself a hectic day by not coming to this location! This actually used to be a great location until new management took over recently !!! Oh and they don’t wear gloves and will try to give you a medium pizza instead of a large in a large box !

I will N O T return…. Ordered Philly & Alfredo Chicken /extra. When I got there I was greeted & a young lady asked about my order. Advised Philly done.. just waiting for pizza.ok but 3-4 mins in I noted the Philly will be cold ..when pizza ready @ that point she showed me the sandwich I was shocked. NOT at all appetizing. .. where’s the beef ?
The other person said …it’s just about done!! Ok….I waited 5-6 mins more & out came the pizza…I paid for both only because removing the sandwich increased the price of pizza. To much sauce I asked for extra chicken?? See pics..thanks but no thanks. Wasted $….Tossed them both …I’ll find out where my friend gets hers…

I have been Buying Pizza From Domino’s For 35 years without a problem.This time. I went to store and ordered a carry out Domino’s Extra large New York Brooklyn Pizza Got home and realized that it was a large. Call the Domino’s manager he argued that it was a X- Large not Large.
I measured pizza. Call Domino’s customer service they told me that the owner would call me. I haven’t been contacted, this occurred June 11 2022. So I switched my chosen Pizza Restaurant to be PAPPA JOHN’S a honest place of business. See pictures
