Amazing! Probably the best steak I have had.
I recommend if you want some very good steak! The cowboy candy is one of the best appetizers I have had. All of the waiters were amazing! Definitely 5 stars.

We hired Carolyn and her crew to cater a private event at Grand Lake. We worked together to personalize a menu for the evening. She was wonderful to work with. The food was OUTSTANDING. We enjoyed ribeye and lobster tail, twice baked potatoes and fresh green beans, a dinner salad and French bread. For desert we devoured a delectable “Snickers” cake. Her team was friendly, accommodating, engaging and professional. 10 out of 10 stars from our group – I hope we are back in OK soon to do it again!!

On several occasions, I have visited this establishment. It is an inspiring narrative that chronicles the journey of the owner, Carolyn Piguet. The setting is her farm, surrounded by verdant pastures and a tranquil pond. Ms. Piguet is meticulous in selecting the ingredients she incorporates into her culinary creations. Additionally, she operates a thriving catering business and is currently planning the establishment of a store to showcase local organic produce, meats, cheeses, and miscellaneous organic products.
Regarding the cheeses, for the event catering to our garden club, Ms. Piguet shared some of the finest smoked Swiss cheese I have ever tasted. The feta cheese used in the salad was both light and flavorful. All of the dishes were exceptionally fresh. The establishment also offers outdoor seating with a view of the pond. While the prices are elevated, the quality is meticulously curated. Frozen meats were available for purchase after the luncheon, and I prepared ground beef that was exceptionally flavorful. Ms. Piguet’s warm and caring demeanor is evident in her service and culinary creations.

I’ve been hearing about this place all over saying it’s better than salt grass. Even people that haven’t eaten there yet are bragging about it. So for Veterans day I took my wife there because she deserves the best for serving in the Army. We were very happy. The Owner gave us a very warm welcome and seated us. Our waitress is the best, and very friendly, she made sure we were always good. She even had them make a drink that wasn’t on the Menu. (Tequila Sunrise) and it was the best. Now the Food:
Best dam steak I’ve ever eaten. This place is what you would write home to your grandmother about.. the wife is happy. Thanks.
Happy Veterans day, To all that serve for us.

Our appetizer of fried mushrooms as well as our salads were great. My steak was perfect, her prime rib was also perfect to her rare liking. I must also add that the wine reccomendation by our waitress was spot on for my lady. However, the family order of green beans seemed like they were out of a del Monte can. Not horrible by any means but for a $200 tab, maybe some fresh green beans would be a better option.

Me and my fiance drove an hour from Tulsa for a date night, and it was so worth it. Everything we ate here was AMAZING! The atmosphere is very casual and unassuming. There was thought put into it, but their obvious focus is their food and drink. I am so glad my fiance asked what the cowboy candy appetizer was because I was fully expecting candied jalapeños and omg, it was 1000 times better than that. The marinade they put on the strips of steak was perfectly balanced with flavors. The steaks we got literally got better as they sat on our plates. Idk how they did it but the steaks stayed warm until we finished them. My filet was so tender and well cooked, and my fiance went all out and tried the waygu steak and it was delicious! We were both so full, but I needed the bread pudding, so we got it to go, not without a bite first. When I say it was the richest, but again, most balance bread pudding I’ve ever eaten, I am serious. Everything they served us was cooked with care, culinary expertise, and was perfectly balanced in flavor, from the food to the drinks. The owner greeted us at the door when we arrived, and that was a very nice touch. The service was great, attentive but not overbearing. I don’t know if this place is hidden, but it is definitely a gem that is worth the drive!
