Waited 19 minutes for spicy potato wedges and two tacos. I guess they didn’t want to give me the spicy sauce that’s supposed to come with it…. Apparently the other ingredients I did get don’t belong on the wedges either

Want to see how they gave me my food . Also I got home and just threw it away because the rest of the food was terrible. Also, they made me park in the front for about 20 minutes and once I got my food I just wanted to go home already. Just probably the worst 10 bucks I’ve ever wasted.

Horrible experience! I like Jack in The Box, I understand that there is a wait sometimes. Reedley has a very rude staff, out of shakes, all teas, Ice coffee, out of special items advertised, refused to answer a simple question, staff seemed very agitated. Very long wait even when we got to the menu microphone, we waited about 5 minutes and they never even asked us to wait or asked or said anything. Then ignored again for a few minutes when we drove up to pay, I almost drove away but after the wait I just wanted to get our food and leave. They held on to the card for several minutes before handing it back and asking us to park in front, nothing special ordered just off the menu, and when we did get the food after a very long wait the burgers were fine, the fries had been sitting for a long time, tough and inedible! I had regular, friend had curly. At the mic I told them we were ready several times and no response, not even to ask us to hold on. They were rude and short with us for no reason. It just seems like they were going above and beyond to make us feel unwelcome. Very negative experience!

Ordered a munchie meal combo with halfsie fries and onion rings. They gave me their cheap tacos instead (worst on earth) and 3 onion rings instead of 4. Also, used to give medium drink with munchie meals. Now, its small. Never coming back here again. Cant wait for the new businesses opening across from this Jacks soon

Soooo slow! The drivethru is backed up to the street and you have to wait not only in the drive thru line but out front as well. We waited over 30 minutes… Three cars behind us have been brought their food before us it’s ridiculous! And they never ever have milk shakes available at night time I don’t understand this location is always busy HIRE More Help!
