This Panera is horrible. I ordered a full Asian sesame salad, a bowl of bacon mac and cheese, and an asiago bagel. I asked for extra dressing and wonton noodles. The salad had walnuts instead of almonds. I dont like walnuts. It did not have extra wonton noodles. It came with two tiny things of dressing, which tells me that either they feel that only one is enough for a full salad, and I did get extra. Or, I did not get extra dressing either. Either way, it’s messed up. The bowl of mac and cheese looked more like a cup. And there was no bagel. My roommate ordered a pick two salad and sandwich. She was told that the salad did not have arugula, but it did. She doesn’t like arugula. The salad was also taken up by a huge chunk of the bottom of a romaine head of lettuce. She asked them to remove the arugula from the sandwich and they did not.

Very disappointed and sad with Panera. I ordered a mix and match; but honestly I thought and waited for a cup of chicken noodle soup; I received a extremely little cup o chicken broth without any pieces of chicken, super small for the price $5 (ridiculous), and was not full. The bread, you can see in the picture, it was like a rock (like very old bread). They are exaggerating with the high prices and low quality and quality. Additional, I agree with others reviews about the unprofessional customer service. I do jot recommend Panera to anyone.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Panera Bread location. I stood for 10 minutes right in front of the register, waiting to place my order, and was completely ignored by two female employees and one male employee. They walked by multiple times and didn’t even acknowledge my presence.
Not a single “I’ll be right with you” — nothing. Just total disregard and unprofessionalism. Because of this level of service, I will not be returning, and honestly, it’s easy to understand why Starbucks is so much more successful: they actually treat their customers with respect.

How do you justify this? The salad is laughably small and the half sandwich was ok. The complimentary sample of bread was a rock. I have been ordering this exact meal for 10 years. $18.21 ??? How dare you. I’m done. I regret not going home and making a pbj.

Cold brew coffee sandwich with stale bread and a soup portion much smaller than it should be. It’s important that anyone reading this lets these franchisees know they need to improve. Because if that’s the case, there won’t be another opportunity for us to return to Panera.

We ordered a to go order and it was correctly filled. However when we got home the bag holding our our order ripped down the entire side spilling our meals to the ground where the salads sprung open spilling out about half the contents! I wasn’t happy that Panera is choosing to use such cheap bags! Consider using plastic bags! This isn’t the fault of the people at the store. This is the fault of people that decided really cheap bags save you money. For me it will be a long time before I return to a Panera. Your cheapness has ruined a good place to eat. Not to mention your prices continue to rise while your portions are greatly reduced.

This is an easy location to stop by to get a drink and keep going. The location is easily accessible. I also like this location since it is close to Baldwin Park. Great park to walk and enjoy a drink.
The Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca is lovely. I call it the drink of the summer. Be aware that if you get the drink without ice that it will be super sweet and tangy.

It’s 10/26 5:39pm. The kids here are absolutely sweet, kind, polite and respectful. They are welcoming and communicative. One of the kids gave us extra bread, the other made me coffee even tho they are closing in 30 mins and the girl working is very sweet. They are cleaning, emptying the trash- just being very hardworking. I really appreciate you all. Continue to work hard and go after what you love in life. with your personalities, the world is literally yours. Thank you!!!
