Placed an online order and it didn’t update to completed. Went to the store 45 mins later and it was ready. Asked the employee how come it didn’t update online and she said the website sucks. Anyways after all of that the slices weren’t cut properly. My pizza literally fell apart when I tried taking a slice. Also I thought I was getting sticks and not slices but apparently it was slices. This location sucks

Definitely unhappy with the last time we came here on 3/16. Noticed something a little off since the stuffed crust was separating from the pizza so easily.

This location sucks. No on speaks English or chooses who they talk to. Order 2 order of breads sticks and the extra most pep pizza, looked like a basic pep pizza asked for light sauce they dumped so much on just to be rude. Bread sticks were dry. Who ever owns this establishment needs to train employees and at least have one person speak and understand the customer when making a over the phone order. Then when you call to complain they just hang up on you or padd around the phone. Can’t even order food anymore dont trust anybody making my food anymore.

My traditional order is the extra most bestest because I find LC traditional pizza a bit bland and cardboardy. Twice now I’ve gotten it from this location and been very disappointed because it looked and tasted like their traditional pizza. Today I took it back and the guy admitted he gave me the traditional instead and cooked me up a new one. The problem is that while the new one had more pepperoni it was short on cheese and sauce making it only slightly better than the first one, These things are supposed to be messy and tasty as hell when they’re fresh but I could barely taste the difference. I’m not coming back to this LC.

This is in addition to the first review below. Again it seems that they completely forgot to use sauce on the pizza. When they make the pizza correctly I truely love Little Caesars pizza. The problem seems to be that they forget the sauce 2 out of 3 times. I don’t think it is a problem at all sites but for sure it is at this one.
I don’t know what it is about this location but they don’t seem to make a pizza anywhere near as wonderful as we get in the Yuma AZ Little Ceasars when there for the winter. It seems like the pizza has no sause on it. This time my wife requested extra sause and do not cut the pizza. Well of course it appears that neither request was fulfilled. This itteration of the pizza is a little better than last time but compared to what I would expect leaves me wanting.

I ordered on the app. Pizza had no toppings. Asked for a refund, they took my pizza and gave me no refund just a number to call, that number leads to no where customer support doesn’t call back. I never got my money or my pizza.

The pizza is rarely cooked thoroughly. Having to go home and cook it longer is not a desired outcome when ordering fast food. I don’t think I have ever gone in the store to a smiling face. The associates are rude and disrespectful. Yes, they are doing us a favor but we PAY for that convenience. If you don’t like your job find something else.
