I had a really great experience at Olive Garden. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the whole atmosphere felt relaxed and comfortable. Our server was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
The food was delicious and came out quickly. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and of course the breadsticks were amazing as always. It’s the kind of place where you can sit back, enjoy a good meal, and have a nice time with the people you’re with.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable visit. Great service, great food, and a pleasant atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good Italian meal, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Beautiful restaurant and consistent food, but presentation needed some work (the entire dish was just comically off-center on the plate) and the waiter meant well, but did not greet me for 10 minutes after I had sat down and was not that attentive. Yeah, the location was definitely busy, but that’s still not ideal. The waiter walked past me multiple times even though my water wasn’t full and my bowls of soup were empty, which are pretty clear signals. I was probably there from start to finish for twice as long as I could’ve been just due to the wait staff not checking in on me or giving me my check or even passing by to check in on me. The manager walked by and I definitely looked very lost but they still did not notice.
Also, another waiter came by and asked me for my phone number and said they wanted to link me to a computer business since I was using a computing device. Not ideal for a customer lol, like small talk is nice but there has to be a limit before it feels invasive!

I was pleasantly surprised by this Olive Garden location right next to Opry Mills! The decor is much more lovely and updated than the traditional style, creating a really beautiful atmosphere for a meal. The food was delicious and hit the spot as always. This location truly feels like a comforting treat— I recommend if you’re in the area.

Our server Anthony was just wonderful, the food was nice and HOT, (as far as THE TEMPERATURE goes), AND the atmosphere was VERY PLEASANT! ☺️ The silverware was ‘SPOTTY’, “HOWEVER”, (being that our server, ANTHONY was ‘REALLY’ NICE, PERSONALLY, AND FUN), THAT (REALLY) ‘CAUSED’ me to give our visit a FIVE-star REVIEW,

The scenery is Fairly fancy, the food is good and it uploads Olive Garden’s standard Quality. But overall, their hospitality and professionalism was above and beyond. As soon as we entered one of party members dress shoe sole fell of and the members where there to help with tape to fix it. The staff are kind, funny, and genuine. I would recommend to those that are skeptical.

I have been a frequent of this location for many years. I usually just order the house salad with a side of the speciality. There are some changes that I would like to see inside of the resturant going forth as for as operations with food presentations but this will come in time.

We visited on New Year’s Day in the evening after a long walk inside Opryland Hotel. The wait time was reasonable; not long at all. There were still groups dining but the dishware, tables and floors were managed well. We appreciated getting off our feet quickly! The service was very personal and friendly. The food, savory and hot. I cleaned my plate. The experience from the host to the waitstaff and management were awesome and I can’t repeat myself enough. This part is a public announcement: if you struggle with kindness toward yourself, you will struggle with kindness and compassion for others. If you do struggle with codependency, you may or may not be ready to heal your disconnection. This is your life lesson. Grieve your emotional wounds so that you don’t spend your life suffering. We are One. You are Love and you are loved.

We came in pretty late in the evening but were greeted with some pretty great hospitality. Mariah was kind enough to clear a booth for us when asked and JJ was very well mannered. 10/10 Olive Garden experience, definitely a great location.

The food was great! However, we came for the drinks and ordered classic margaritas! Apparently, they’re serving virgin margaritas, because we could taste ABSOLUTELY NO alcohol! I would NOT be ordering drinks here again!
UPDATE: We ordered CLASSIC margaritas, yet the ticket charged us for “Italian” margaritas! NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!!!!
