excellent service, and i really enjoyed the food. i didn’t have high expectations for the eggs benedict i had, but it was really, really good. i really liked the pancakes, too. way more fruits and veggies than i anticipated.
i would just say the oatmeal is not worth $5 🙂

Not really much that this place can offer. The food quality is inconsistent. I’ve ordered a burger one day which was great and then another which was absolutely terrible. I understand that things very based off of who’s working in the kitchen, but I wish there was some level of quality control. Portion sizes vary tremendously as well.
Room service is even more inconsistent. You can’t expect them to actually keep to the hours listed on the menu.

We ordered room service to our hotel room. The burger meals we ordered were delicious and reasonably priced. We ordered them medium rare and they were cooked perfectly. We were pleasantly surprised at the flavour and quality. We have paid more for food that wasn’t as good.
