Wide variety for lunch menu. Love the both Chicken and Beef with Broccoli. Also, the Chicken Lo Mein. Prefer the regular rice to the fried rices, but good. Never unhappy with choices.

I have ordered their two plate entree for my mom months ago. Food delivery by door dash . My mom is a tough cookie to please she’s from South Louisiana . She really likes the sweet rolls. The rolls (3) to an order when I took my picture I had only one left they are soft and melt in your mouth with sugar loaded on top . Remind me of a doughnut hole only a bit bigger and longer. Our entrees are chicken broccoli and teriyaki chicken with fried rice for me and lo-mein as my mom’s side with the same entrees. Thanks Jade’s Express for your tasty food.

First time here. I have seen this place but never went. Parking is tough because of all the hospital parking. Just had soup that day, it was great. Their other food looked fresh and yummy. I’ll have to do back. Wish they had a drive through. Plenty of food.

I made a late call-in close to closing store hours. When I walked in, they were just shutting down. I made a last-minute decision to order the sweet and sour chicken they still had out in the trays. The employee gave it to me for free. It warmed my heart, and it really meant something to me that they would be so kind to do that. At the time, I was low on money and trying to prepare lunch for my mom the next day.
Upon other visits, the man always smiles at me and assures good service. Food is decent and in timely matter.

While their food is great, their service is highly lacking. On August 4, 2025, at 6:12 PM, I placed an order through Beyond Menu. When we arrived, we were informed that the order had been “cancelled”. This was a lie. The money was charged to my account. I have the email confirmation from Beyond Menu and a subsequent text informing me the charge posted at the bank. We will not be going back.

After only about 10 seconds of looking up at the menu trying to see what I wanted to order, the guy was acting like I was taking too long. I was the only person in the restaurant also. After the Bad attitude from the guy at the counter I just order a shrimp fried rice. After the attitude and tastless food, it’s clear to me that I wont be returning. First and last time for me.
